I am able to communicate and address others in a professional manner. I am a very helpful individual as well - I began my career in the largest retailer in South Africa, i gained tons of experience to advance my career which is a huge success. -The most challenging aspect of the role is being restricted to a certain area of aspect within the department, therefore being able to grow and challenge yourself out of your responsibilities is a negative.

Excellent learning experience
Working at Edcon company was a great learning experience. I had great team and i have learned to work as a team more than ever. My communication skills got improved and i have learned the importance of giving great customer service. I have learned that it is possible to multitask and and it is a life time skill you should keep. The most challenging

Excellent learning curve and good support structure
Assisting all edcon stores with updating information on the system assisting with soft ware issues such as terminals scanners and doing follow ups on logged queries

I've Learnt Impeccable People's Skills
I deal with people on a daily basis, having to assist then with different issues. Dealing with administrative work such as paperwork for gadget claims, repairs and device transfers. The working environment is a very fun and enthusiastic one to be in. We all get along quite well with differences here and there. Nevertheless I enjoy being at work as we are all one big family always helping one another and work as a team. However, like any retail job, there are difficult people to deal with on a daily basis, but we always try to help even the difficult ones. But it assists us in understanding different types of people, and adapting to an attitude that'll help us in doing our jobs the best way we can.
Pros: Learning people's skills, admin work, filing
Cons: Not very easy to get promoted unless you apply for another position within the company.

Furthering my experience and helping the company to archive its goals
I will say edcon is an excellent company when it comes to customer service and they offer many training for its employees. They offer so much support to its employees.
