I matriculated at motherwell high school in year 2006.
I work 5 days a week and off 2 days during the week, and also that I get 1 weekend off a month. We working as team we first attend meetings every mornings, to get the previous day results that how did we perform, and get the target for the brand new day. And tusk everyone a tusking for a day/ duties. We working as team to wards same goals to win customers and sometime find difficult customers but we become culm being polite and serve them by giving them a good customer service. And also replenish stock from at back (stockroom) to the floor to be visible to customers, we work from 9am- 6pm from mon-fri and Saturday 9am-6pm Sunday 9am-5pm. And also public holidays we work them. Sometime we work late shift vwhen is like stock take.

Hard working person, ready to learn more
I get along very well with my co-workers, i come up within new innovative ideas to grow the company and make more money for the company. I mostly enjoy interacting with clients and making them happy by offering the best service.

The company is constantly undergoing restructuring, which creates uncertainty in the work place.
I have in excess of 10 years experience in retail from store manager level, regional Admin Manager and Regional Ops Manager. I would be an asset to any company. I check all admin, do training, investigations, coaching of staff. I also check standards in stores, layouts and customer service levels.

Good learning curve
I as a employee was not happy with the treatment i got from Edcon due to management that was not fair to me as a employee, but so far I did enjoy working for Edcon bcouse i learn a lot and now i have a lot of experience how to deal with customers

I've Learnt Impeccable People's Skills
I deal with people on a daily basis, having to assist then with different issues. Dealing with administrative work such as paperwork for gadget claims, repairs and device transfers. The working environment is a very fun and enthusiastic one to be in. We all get along quite well with differences here and there. Nevertheless I enjoy being at work as we are all one big family always helping one another and work as a team. However, like any retail job, there are difficult people to deal with on a daily basis, but we always try to help even the difficult ones. But it assists us in understanding different types of people, and adapting to an attitude that'll help us in doing our jobs the best way we can.
Pros: Learning people's skills, admin work, filing
Cons: Not very easy to get promoted unless you apply for another position within the company.

Delopment in the company is key and as well as employees meeting of needs. How ever on the culture side that is not taken into consideration......................................... ...............
Pros: Balancing life and work is unfare and promotions are given to favourable individuals

I like working with my campany the problem the saraly was not good at all en we have smalk hours per months .and we have lot of working i schedule was no goods atall because we work 8 per week or 20 we have 21 hours per mouth

Am a good person when come to working hours
When am working at Edcon i was gaining more experience and am a good person when comes to working hours and working as a team.Actually am proud wth job
