Well i bet this time I'll get the job i deserve as well as the payment that satisfy me..

I'll be so much happy if you guys can give me an Opportunity for this Job..i promise I'll do well...Beacause Where i was working we use to be payed little as Nuts...so you can't even Support someone with that little kindar Money...

Pros: there is no promotion at my work and the Salary that i get is Little as Nuts ...so i don't wish to work there again

Great people great environment

It was a great experience working here at home with people who are very excited about their job. I learnt a lot but I'm looking for progress. A company where I have room to grow and challenge myself going forward.

Learning curve

I have lent how to approach customers in a good way as I'm working with customers, also have lent how to handle them and bring them to New business as I'm recruiting customers to come and open accounts also sell insurances to them. I have a good relationship with my co workers, and have lent that as human being we have our differences and we need to understand each other for the sake of business, I love that I'm always meeting different people and the challenge is that you won't know what answer will you receive from those customers, will they accept your proposal to them or reject you, but at the end of the day customers are always right.

I have beeb given a great exposure

I work in one of the largest retail store and it gets very busy as from Thursday till Sunday. In my area of responsibility I'd be looking at a store as a whole as my work covers the entire store. Over and above with all the movement in different role within the business, i have learnt a lot of business administration and merchandising, recruitment processes, employee relations processes, visual merchandising . I enjoy administration as a whole all process when you put them into place, things to fall in place though people would not like them but they all put controls in a store. One big challenging aspect is the new business ( accounts opening) as now the country itself is not doing well and people are trying cut debts . I would say i am the most accessible manager in the store due to my role, experience and openness to the people/staff.

Just normal learning

Being at Edgar's wasn't nice because they making us to work hard but their salary was too small My relationship with my coworkers is not good because I was a hard worker I've learned how to deal with costumers To be honest I wasn't enjoying anything there not at all To be disrespected by a customer calling us fools n tell us that why we work as cashiers we didn't go to school

Pros: There wasn't any promotion
Cons: I was working long hours but they were paying small money and struggling with transport

Dealing with difficult customer's

Dealing with difficult customers. No team work. Enjoy gift wrapping and getting tips. Meeting different people everyday some understand your line of duty, chatting with them as well.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot from the company, it has taught me about insurance claims, how to sell insurance, how to do customer service, switchboard and admin. We always worked as a team to achieve goals and made fun activities to achieve our goals. The challenge I have with the company there is no growth and the money is too little as am a single mother.
