I have been responsible in the design review, construction, commissioning.
I track my plant performance and set out a plan to fix any plant problems.I review plant designs and run various meetings. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers and usually motivate them. I always have a positive outlook towards any challenge.

Excellent learning curve
My contract with Eskom expired in July since it was not a fixed long term contract. I had gain experience as a learner which will be valuable to any company that will hire me.

Excellent learning opportunity
My Name is Hlengiwe Moyo, and I am a Software Test Analyst by profession. I have been within the testing field for the past 5 years to date and I specialize in functional testing, my acquired skills are mainly within functional testing and am currently pursuing skills within the technical automation testing. I possess skills in using HP Quality Center (QC) testing tools, Unified functional testing (UFT) and in Basic Sequential Query Language (SQL). I am certified in ISTQB Foundation testing, attained HP ALM training, as well as Basic SQL training. I am a very assertive, articulated person and enjoy venturing into different endeavors more especially within the field of testing, testing all kinds of different applications/systems sustains my enthusiasm to pursue more and greater. My edge comes from working with different people from different cultures and background, and getting to discover different kinds of technologies and how business and technology has emerged vastly across organizations.

Gained high level experience
Working at Eskom created a new platform in my mind set towards Mechanical Engineering as a Fitter. I really enjoy working my work and I trust and believe my skills, experience and knowledge could be a bonus for any company that will hire me . I truly believe that my work is highly professional because I w, tested and found competent as I gained my Trade test certificate.I really respect my work so much and eager to enhance quality standards to any company willing to hire me as Mechanical Fitter. trained

Excellent exposure to varying industry technologies
I am currently unemployed and looking for new career opportunities. I am willing to start at a junior position. I am also willing to relocate to a different province. I am nopen to work in a different industry.

Excellent learning curve
ESKOM is a good company but with workers politics.Training new workers it’s a problem and old workers have politics of their own and they are jealous.I have learned construction of an electrical network and maintaining LV and MV network.Doing Low Volatge calls fixing house meters

Quick growth within the company.
Problem-solving proficiency Interpersonal and Communication skills Initiative and motivational skills During my studies as well as my experiential learning I have done up till now, I have learnt/acquired many skills that enable me to be able to handle any challenge or task that is assigned to me. I have learned to plan and execute ideas/ projects within a specified period as well as to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. By heading various projects my leadership skills have been honed/ enhanced so as to effectively execute tasks, delegate responsibilities, liaise with all stakeholders, and to apply resources in a responsible fashion.
