Excellent learning experience
I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and versatile young women with a Baccalaureus Technologiae (Btech) in electrical engineering and a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current), Excellent academic and practical background, with an excellent attitude to work. Highly motivated, reliable and responsible individual.

Wonderful learning experience
i had a wi had a wonderful time working at eskom ,some time i ll work long hours some times short hours.ti had a good relationship with my team.i have learn to learstev and to understandwhen people are are bringing challanges aat the work place.i enjyedwhen we get the positive result after working very hard the most challanging aspects is to work with people who does not want to learn

Excellent learning curve

Excellent project management exposure
Every day is a challenge in my work environment with problems to solve daily. I am learning to deal with people, resolving technical challenges, deal with Contractors, manage employees. I enjoy seeing a project from paper and into a physical structure and also knowing the impact the project will have in the country. The most challenging aspects are the daily integration issues that I had to resolve for work to flow smoothly. I have learnt that as a Project Manager it is important that you establish relationships as most of my time I am negotiating for things to be done through others. My typical work day is attending meetings and committees, listening to my team mangers for support I should give them, doing plant walkdowns. Dealing with contractual challenges

Excellent learning
I learned alot at eskom cpm mthatha we were doing the following maintenance, commissioning, fault finding, assembling and troubleshooting to these departments metering, telecontrol and protection.

Learning and growing with the company
Typical work day would be doing my administrative duties and all other secretarial tasks. Very good relationship with all my co-workers. I've learned that you need to build relationships with your coworkers as well as leaders, because you are like a family, you spend most of your days with them. I enjoy learning about the company as you go through the process of finding out what you want to do with your career. I like a challenge, and learning more and more.
