Execellent bunch of people to work with, hours are a bit long. Have an off weekend once a month which is a bit of a hassle as me and my wife dont get to go places on weekends as both are not off together. Great oppurtunities if able to move to the city.

Fast pace environment
I am currently taking care of a portfolio of 150 employees whose bands range from Band D to Band B. As a result I am comfortable with communicating at all levels. Apart from the above I have implemented a number of strategic Human Resources interventions which bared great successes for FNB Premier. The environment in which I find myself operating in is extremely fast paced and IR intensive and as a result I have conducted 15 suspensions, 15 Disciplinary Enquiries and 14 dismissals within a space of 1 year. The organization which I have has high turnover with regard to staff hence recruitment needs to have quickly and seamlessly. The stakeholders are extremely demanding as well.

Always believe in doing the right thing
National Diploma in Human Resources (University of Johannesburg ) 2013 Completed Current Studies: Advanced Labour Law – UNISA Computer Literate Window 2000, E-Mail Internet, PowerPoint, Excel ect went for and excel course, various in house training, My workplace, Oracle, MIE fingerprints training, Competency based Interviewing Have attended many Qbit course teaching the HRBP to be strategic within business Interviewing Skills Course Currently the First Aider on my floor The Volunteer Champion for the HR Division Have extensive HR background Have extensive IR background and most importantly extensive peoples skills Relationship with co worker is always being a team player, getting my hands dirty

IT systems engeneer
Our IT department consist of 4 strong teams. And in charge of 6 buildings inside the campus .Managing all the hardware, software, upgrades and software licences. The best thing about our IT department is that we have a share portal were put our innovations, solutions and experiences that makes work a lot easier for everyone.
Pros: Great opportunity and exposure and the change of environment for personal growth
Cons: Working on a Sunday, i'm a christian and strongly believe that i must attend and serve at the church

I have learned how to respect and solve problem of a client.
My relationship with my co workers was very gud we always work as a team and respect was a big thing. I enjoy working as team especially when we have a challenging work .

A usual day in the office
I usually meet and greet with my colleagues, then start to tackle my accounts, if I had any work left from the previous day I start with oldest to newest, then meet for a morning buzz session with the team, sharing challenges or encounters from the previous day that we then discuss and share, if there are suggestions we try and implement to see if it will work for all. I mostly enjoy the meet and greets because I get to bond with my colleagues and it also helps to build relationships and trust as this makes the office environment much easier and pleasant to work in. Fridays we have a dress code theme where we all wear same or matching colors. The most challenging is deadlines as it is not always easy due to the information we request from customers and not always receive on time.
Pros: New Department the work has never been done and therefore there is more oppertunities to arise
Cons: Because it is a new department you learn as you go there is no formal structure

Excellent customer service
Provide excellent customer service, sell different products, cash check cashiers, check branch cash, supervise sales, service and cash coordinator. Monitoring and making sure customers are happy and satisfied

I enjoy working with a team and have great leadership skills.
Working under pressure, great customer service, customer satisfactory, respect amongst my peers and customers, target driven, discipline, professionalsm at all times, dealing with conflicts infernally and externally.
