GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT CHALLENGES ON DAILY BASIS
Being a FNB employee and worked at Homeloans ,It has given me so much experience in a very positive way. I always looking forward to come to work and start my day on a positive note, the culture and the FNB that cares for the employee. Self managed group of people that I work with drives me to deliver more. Working as a unit for the same goal. In the business I have learnt to work with people, to be there for my co-workers and to self manage. I enjoy the challenges that I experienced daily, they give me courage to learn more, push to seek information. The most challenging aspects of the job is the decision making and applying discretion.

Excellent learning experience and finance and customer service experience
My contract expires month end January so I've had the joy of working with caring, friendly loving colleagues especially my service host Eleonor Walsh who encouraged me everyday to do the best of my ability and to work hard and always assist clients to the best of my ability. The most thing I've enjoyed in the company is the outings and team buildings were you get to know people on a person level.
Pros: Short work hours
Cons: Working schedule not really working properly specially for me for the short hours

Excellent Learning Curve
Working at FNB has made me feel deeply invested as my ideas was taken seriously, as some work and some don't however the company was confident enough to invest in me. a Typical day for us is that our office can be anywhere as we only come to the main head office when we have important meetings with internal or external people. I have a amazing relationship with my co-workers who often refer to me as the clue of the team. I have learnt that we all need each other to make a department successful, trying to step on heads wont work and trying to be an island wont work. I enjoy being able to do what I love which is working with people. The challenges I faced was a daily thing for me as I not only worked with my team but I also assisted the Head of HR and the IR Managers and their respective teams and the more people there is the more complaints :-)
Pros: Get rewarded for a Job well done
Cons: Takes away some family time.

Fnb is a great company which possess a high degree of integrity and promoting UBUNTU Culture,
where i'm at currently its an IT environment which can be suitable for and individual with an IT background or an Engineering ,There culture there is still UBUNTU which is PEOPLE first,

I would like to be part of your company. I believe I will be a great asset.
The work is great, it's just time for me to move on from the bank and do something more challenging like the work opportunity advertised. It is also located in Grabouw where I live. My current work is situated in Somerset Mall. So it will be more comfortable for me to work closer to home.
Pros: Salary is good, skills and knowledge is learned on a daily basis

It has been a great learning curve being placed in this role/s.
FNB has treated me well for the past 5 years and I have worked with a number of awesome individuals. I can work from home or anywhere and this has made life easier as a working mom. My colleagues are awesome people and some have even become great friends. I have learnt to design elearning and orientation tools.

Cons: Promotion is limited as people in roles are still young

All in a day's work
I have recently retired from the bank and with my high energy levels, acquired experience, good ethics, dedication, and admin skills, I am able to add value in the workplace. Working at the bank has afforded me much growth in attaining knowledge and experience in the corporate environment where deadlines need to be met amidst high work volumes. I am friendly and helpful at all times towards co-employees which is helpful in alleviating tension and stress in the workplace. Throughout my work career, I strive to produce work of high quality and this gives me great inner satisfaction and joy. As a quiet person by nature, communication can be the most challenging, however, this has never stunted my work relations and production due to my determination to see tasks through to the end.

Good Company to work for
Sales - knowing the mission and vision of the bank, to grow its profit and care taking customer needs seriously and growing own portfolio through networking. Service - my typical days start with checking on business partners, and closing the incomplete cases from the previous day. Innovation - acquiring ways on how to accomplish and better own BSc, gathering plans on how to achieve and exceed the given targets. Relationship with co-workers - team work is key in my world, as helping each other lead to the success of own growth on knowledge or growth in career. What makes me tick - is to know my targets are achieved, customers are happy and the business is vision is routed in the right direction. Challenges - in the downturn economy where it is difficult to achieve my target, and receiving lots of application which we are unable to process. the client on the other hand awaiting good feedback.
Pros: Less opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours, in order to be in par with daily schedules, meetings, client visitation

A talented Customer care, Sales consultant, Call centre, Data capture and Debt collector agent with strong academic background and work experience. Ability to think through a problem couple with the confidence to make ideas heard and also with a proven ability to maintain and efficiently with the aim of improving operational function in line with business requirement. Good interpersonal skills, Ability to work within the team and across the team.
