I have gained vast exposure and experience through my years of employment and my main objective is to secure a challenging role within my field of expertise.I am an accountable, responsible individual and respect the need for confidentiality to privileged information. Excellent learning curve, high paced environment
FNB Connect is a telecoms business within FNB and I joined when they were just starting up so I really learnt a lot in terms of new startups. It was a challenging and high paced environment and I dealt with all levels of staff from call center to senior management. I really enjoyed the experience

Giving excellent a customer service and making sure that you retain your customers,doing everything according to the book,and treating customers the same.customer retention is essential and more customers will come for the wow service they heard of from your regular customers

Branch Controller -Manage and direct staff in terms of their daily sales and customer service. _ Do daily sales / customer experience stats. - Make sure that their daily/weekly/monthly targets are met. - Look for new sales / business opportunity to grow the business I enjoy sales and attend to customer needs and build good customer relationship. Most challenging aspect of my job is when we are not on target and to work out a strategy on how to overcome this challenge. Excellent relationship with staff and management who treat me with respect - value my contribution in the team. _

Great Working Environment
We work 8 hours a day, currently working from home due to the pandemic. Everyone works independently but assist each other when needed. There's meetings between 8 and 4 and not after working hours. There's flexible working hours and people work from home. There's activities that take place at work to refresh your mind like gym. en needed. Fast paced
High pressurized environmental, an opportunity to learn about regulatory compliance and risk. Due to tight deadlines, you end up compromsing on personal matters. It's a beautiful learning vurve but there should also be a balance of personal/work life.

Personality development
I am currently employed at FNB Debt Review center as a Legal Advisor. My main function is to provide Legal support to the business unit. Recently however I have been given a great opportunity to stand in as the Reckless Lending Manager, whereby I manage a team of 12 people. This opportunity was both challenging and exciting. Challenging, because I have never worked in an operational space before however I was excited to learn new things. During this opportunity I have learnt how to manage people, become a problem solver and exercise my innovative side. I have also learnt to be more diverse in that not only do I assess situations from a legal perspective but from a financial and operational standpoint aswell. I have developed a very good relationship with my team and we enjoy working together to reach team goals.

Excellent learning experience and growth potential.
I have flexible working hours and can sit up even in the middle of the night to do work. The opportunities re endless as I am given the opportunity to prove myself and also use my learning and expertise. I empower others and is given an opportunity to grow and learn and teach others. The challenges enables me to improve my skills and learn from others.
