Pros: i am good with HR Recruitment and selection, HR payrol using Persal system , labour relations ,, employee beneits
Cons: i tend to work too hard to finish the work given for the day .

Great achievments through the 20 years at Massmart
I was the key account manager for Verimark handling the Pick & Pay account nationally.My perfect day would be sitting with the national buyers and planning future: listings,new and current product reviews,space and promo allocation,aged stock upliftments,specific line upliftments from stores with no sales,bulk orders for stores that are low and top up orders to maintain days forward cover.Planning of regional visits.Looking at non performing stores..Weekly visits with my reps to make sure price increases or decreases are actioned and to make sure all promo activity is actioned.Training and assesing my full time merchandisers.Looking at increased dxposure in store meeting with store manager and floor manager just to make sure there are no service issues.Check backup areasand returns .
Pros: Really enjoyed working for the group great personal opportunities
Cons: Never ever had any issues with working hours but put in a lot of hours

I Enjoy working as atraining officer at makro
facilitate training conduct interviews draft training schedules track training and development design and develop training materials manage development programmes
Pros: Great opportunity,has strong learning culture and has great inncentives,its a great experience working at Makro,i would rate working at makro 4 out of five
Cons: salary is not enough ,longer hours on weekend,not a clear promotion criteria,managers not supporting subordinates progress

My experience at Makro
Working at Makro store is exciting especially if you are focused and have your priorities straight in terms of job requirements, namely: picking/packing customer orders, answering telephone, assisting customers and managing the department. It can also be challenging at times especially when customers do not get want they want the store or they come up with complaints that you do not have authority to solve but I feel so proud when I could assist a customer to their satisfaction. My relationship with my colleagues (not all of them) was great! I did meet some the sweetest and most kind individual in the period that I have been there.
Pros: I get the opportunity to meet customer needs and come up with solutions to their problrms

Jean the retailer and the lenghts she will go to make sure the job gets done
shorting out all queries form the different divisions regarding receiving. follow up on detail checking and that all documentation is in place. I love working with admin and my audits is always above 90%. Good in implementing procedures. Good in training people.
Pros: big company
Cons: use to retail hours and it is not a problem.

sales staff not cooperating very friendly with staff whats the needs of customer and customers likes and dislikes talking to people making money doing other peoples job

Serving customers with any complaints and sales. Relationship with co workers is exelant. I have learned a lot regarding sales and making budgets aet out

Good company
i hereby,applying for the vacancy which appeared in the internet. I'm currently employed at Makro silver lakes as a stock controller physical inventory. i have Matric certificate and driver's license code10 i'm a quick leaner,a hard worker and good administrator skill and driving ability,the fast pace of work is something i enjoy and obviously never knowing exactly what i will be asked to do on any given day.I'm confident that given a chance the experience,knowledge and skill i have gathered over the years will be of benefit to the company. Willing to learn
Managing stuff and making sure that we reach the target every day and create a good relationship with employees and try to listen and learn from them every day and by doing so i enjoy each and every day and make sure that i make my customers happy every day.

Excellent learning experience
It was a good working experience I gained experience. I also learned how to treat customers right. I was always on time and taught me to be careful and always do my float on time. The supervisors treated us well and it made me want to grow more learn hard and go for my goals.
