Excellent learning of working with customers
Am Excellent in English, I can work over time and under pressure , I am self motivated and self-dependent. I know that customer always right, I can make sure that all customers get all services. I can start to work immediately if I can get a chance .

Journals, and Balancing the Accounts.
i really enjoy working in Makro especially working as an Accounts Clerk. i enjoy handling all different types of queries en always looking for new challenges. i really do enjoy being around all my my co workers en i don't have any problems at all. i have learned many things but the most thing of all is to be strong and responsible in my department at all the times. and to always do the right things. i enjoy working on the computer doing journals and Balancing our Accounts,More that working with queries on the phone because i do not talk too much, but i love people en always smiles just talking much is not my thing. i really like challenges on anything i do.

Administration in finance or Human Resources
I can manage to work extra hours even during weekend. my relationship with co-workers increase my performance standard as I know working with group could make me and company operate accurately. So far I've leant to create position, linking position and capturing leave on VIP, place internal Advert every Tuesday and Thursday, paying creditors and filling.

Jean the retailer and the lenghts she will go to make sure the job gets done
shorting out all queries form the different divisions regarding receiving. follow up on detail checking and that all documentation is in place. I love working with admin and my audits is always above 90%. Good in implementing procedures. Good in training people.

Bad treatment and
Iam sifiso where iam currently working at makro we are facing unfair treatment, little payments, favouritism and unpaid overtime. And doing things that are not part of you're job description low rate of pay while you are doing lots of hard work

My name is Ashraf Ismail, I am currently employed at one of the major retailers Makro for the past 13 years(July 2005) For the past 7 years I’ve been stationed in the Multimedia & Hi-tech department as a salesman & recently in the capacity of acting Manager in the absence of the Sales Manager, some of my tasks in the department are high standards of customer service, achieving sales targets an operational budgets, interaction with head office, buyers & suppliers, maintain high operational & housekeeping standards, awareness & curbing of Shrinkage, stock management & control of cyclical counts an overseeing department in Sales manager’s absence. Good Communication skills
Working with Makro has been such a great experience , not easy but it was great as a big company with a lot of people you learn how to assiate wit people , how to deal with difficult customers working under pressure, learning new things

Great achievments through the 20 years at Massmart
I was the key account manager for Verimark handling the Pick & Pay account nationally.My perfect day would be sitting with the national buyers and planning future: listings,new and current product reviews,space and promo allocation,aged stock upliftments,specific line upliftments from stores with no sales,bulk orders for stores that are low and top up orders to maintain days forward cover.Planning of regional visits.Looking at non performing stores..Weekly visits with my reps to make sure price increases or decreases are actioned and to make sure all promo activity is actioned.Training and assesing my full time merchandisers.Looking at increased dxposure in store meeting with store manager and floor manager just to make sure there are no service issues.Check backup areasand returns .
