Call center experience

Dear sir or madam My name is Mika, previously I was working for GEMS Metropolitan health as a client service agent. It was a learnership of which I feel has enhanced administration skills and generally dealing with customers/clients. Working wishing a call centre enhanced my computer skills, good telephonic communication and typing fast while I deal with queries, generating feedback and emails, and capturing data while on the call. Dealing with medical aids opened the opportunity to learn how to interpret claims and process claims. Experience in MSword, excel, MS outlook, MS office and archiving documents to unity. Also dealt with service providers and hospitals authorization. I am used to working within a pressurized, fast l, and result driven environment. I am still young and looking up to taking any challenge that comes my way, as I am bendable to learning new skills.

Pros: Excellent environment to learn new skills
Cons: Technical issues
