Excellent learning curve
I found the working experience very enjoyable, calling clients creating leads, selling the company service and capturing their information on the different computer platforms provided by the company. The company also had courses of which I passed. The salary was also rewarding even though it wasn't stable. Managers were very supportive at times.

Creative,teamplayer,ability to work under pressure self driven
enjoying to work with clients,meeting target daily,weekly and monhly,enjoying to work in an enviroment where by you understand,problem solver,understanding your colluegs,the challenging party it when you wanna meet your tatgets before the estimated date and you failed to do due to some documents that are missing

A good starting point
Metropolitan is a good working environment for learning on how to deal with clients. It also open my mind on customer services. By working in this company have give me strengths to work under pressure.

Great experience
My role is to recruit,train and coach financial advisers. -manage sales activities -meet branch targets -Open work sites for financial advisers -Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders -Develop and promote them to senior categories. -Retention of Financial advisers -Conduct need analysis to clients -Sell Metropolitan products, Working for the company has been a great experience for me. Meeting different people everyday and making sure that i attend to the needs has been very satisfying as well. I love working in successful team, with the spirit of winning. Unity was a culture that i have built in my branch hence working in silos dies not really or sometimes give good results and does not bring motivation to the staff general. I enjoyed making targets and winning competitions and the most challenging aspects of my role was 15% government stop order limit.. i

Excellent learning curve
I'm a dedicated person with the ability to work hard in every thing I do ,I'm reliable and unafraid of challenges and I'm a team player and my time as financial Advisor taught me to have patients and I'm able to work under pressure

Good working conditions
on a day to day a financial adviser goes out on the field to visit work sites to find prospects and follow up on those prospects and turn them into clients.

EXCELLENT SELLING APPROACH
WE HAVE DAILY CLOSE OF SALE MEETING DAILY TARGET AND WEEKLY TARGET, WE DO COLD CANVASSING AND COLD CALLING TO ALL NON REFERRAL CLIENTS AND WE USE COMPANY DATA BASE AND PHONES EVERY LEADS. AS A STAFF MEMBERS WE ARE SO MUCH COOPERATING AND UNDERSTANDING ONE ANOTHER'S DIFFERENCES AND ACCOMMODATE EACH OTHERS VIEWS AND BELIEFS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIP. I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH AT METROPOLITAN SUCH AS OPENING SALES AND CLOSING IT, TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AND DATA CAPTURING, I ENJOYED MOSTLY WHEN WE WOULD DO COLD CALLING PROMOTING SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OF METROPOLITAN, WALKING SO MUCH LONG DISTANCE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Excellent learning curve and completing work on the recorded time.
I can work hard and complete my work on the recorded time, I have sales and marketing skills, data capturing skills, Ms word, Ms excel,and internet, communication skills , telephone techniques, working both field and office, presentations, working leads, assisting the manager with the report and attending to sales and appointments. Marketing research and marketing communications, I can work as a leader as well as a team player, I can do promotions. I enjoy working with people who are willing to learn and share ideas with others.

I have learnt many things and also to respect one on other within the organization
My core workers loved me so much, I love them too we use to make a great team, we use to have function like team building, end year function ,we used to get challenges when there is poor performance.
