Being able to reach my goals and work hard
giving people financial advise and working together with my co-workers is perfect as they make sure we deliver at every moments that we can and i have learned so much in it that things don't come easy as you thought you have to work hard to achieve greatness and i have enjoyed helping people with their financial needs and meeting different cultures and the most challenging is when you not reaching your target

Excellent learning curve
Get to the office at 8am,use leads to contact existing clients to see if they don't want to adjust their policies.then at 10 am I leave the office to visit local school to make appointments to do presentations. Then go back to the office around 13pm to meet with my colleagues to see if there are small towns to visit outside bloemfontein.then we make plans and continue to use leads to contact existing clients. I work well with my colleagues and the office is very friendly. I have learned that it is important to understand my clients and have patient.i also learned to say thank you to a client even if they reject me. I enjoyed communicating with my clients,seeing them understand what I'm informing them about and taking steps to plan for the future. The most challenging aspect of the job is reaching dead line without reaching the target,rejection from clients and dealing with clients who change their minds because of their spouses.

Excellent Refresher
Its a more relaxed working environment and gets hectic only towards month end. Most of employees work on field because it's a transport company. I've learned to be brave and face my fears thanks to driving around Joburg busy roads exposure. I've learned to make tough decisions and with limited time implement action. I enjoy making clients happy by sorting their queries on time at the same time strengthening relationships.

Low salary
very low salary for amount of work. great environment to work in and the shifts are very nice. There is so much room for improvement especially how the company remunerates

Good company to work for
it is a big company that looks after its employees very well. the only problem with sales is that it is commission based salary which can be a problem in this tough economic environment.

Excellent learning curve
I found the working experience very enjoyable, calling clients creating leads, selling the company service and capturing their information on the different computer platforms provided by the company. The company also had courses of which I passed. The salary was also rewarding even though it wasn't stable. Managers were very supportive at times.
