I offer complete focus and great quality of work, for when I am dedicated to doing something that is exactly what I do. I have been working for the past ten years in the property industry and therefore know what is expected from me as a professional. Punctuality, well presented, great communicator, I know what it takes to be put put a smile on anyone face and carry the company name with pride. I have a strong administrative side due to falling into different positions within my department i order to deliver better quality service to our tenants, landlords and brokers. Customer satisfaction
I have several reporting staff, although daily work plans are in place I excel at the challenges being faced daily. Customers satisfaction at a well executed reply is the job satisfaction I earn daily. Change is good and makes you stronger.

Growing curve
My expirence working for the current company is exceptional as I have learnt a number of thisngs like tam work which I think is important more especialy when working at a call centre. What i enjoy the most when at work is the interaction with customers as i currently take calls, the encouragement from my co-workers not just about work but about life generally . I have a good work relationship with my colleagues as the team buildings helps a lot in terms of getting to know each other better. Th most challenging aspect of the job is when I receive a call from a irate customers as my first call for the day, yes I can handle an irate customer but do not like it to be a first call for the day.

Had a great relationship with my co-workers, was a team leader so it was an excellent learning opportunity for me as I had to keep in mind that we are all different in a way but still had to serve our purpose at the company. Most challenging aspects is having to deal with an irate customer and calm down the situation.I have learned that patience and listening skill would rather help you understand the situation.

Great working experience
It is a good working environment, somedays it is very hectic, we receive high call volumes. I'm a team player also like assistant others. Working independently, handling all costumer disputes and resolution. I enjoy Interacting with costumers on daily basis. The only challenge is dealing with a irate costumer.You have to calm and patient to win them over.

Great company to work for,room for growth
It was a learning curve for me,treating each other like family always rewarded for job welldone .staff very friendl.long working hours but it was worth it at the end.incentives now and then,staff sim cards with airtime and data

Training all MTN stores on the new in-house system that has recently been launched. The system training included e-learnibg assessments. This included behavioural training as well as the change management aspect to all stores. The training had been divided into those 2 aspects.
