Learnt New industry and growth in leadership
ACSA is a great organisation to work for, and it really takes good care of its employees. I've grown in my career where i was appointed as a Group Manager of Marketing, supporting the group's marketing requirements. The challenge has been that there is no prper integration between departments, where one finds that interfacing becomes complex. There is also an element of duplication/redundancy as some of the operations are decentralised to airports, leading to confusion in delivering services.

Training all MTN stores on the new in-house system that has recently been launched. The system training included e-learnibg assessments. This included behavioural training as well as the change management aspect to all stores. The training had been divided into those 2 aspects.

I have a grade 12 certificate
We are normally 3 employees at our store we love working together and helping our customers with everything they need help with i 9ur store our job is to open new contract application for customers who need cellphones We assist old customers who need to upgrade thier contrast who have been our customers for more then two years when they qualify for a new cellphone.
Pros: We have great opportunity for promotions by giving our customers free caps and pens to attract more clients
Cons: We work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday then on Saturday is 9am to 1pm on and then we don't open on Sundays

Excellent learning curve
I got to do a lot at as I started working here. Those who do amazing work are taken advantage off. You don't get rewarded for doing great work, however you get put down when you do something wrong. The salary is 90% lower than the telecommunications industry level.

Some days can be a lot of pressure when back log of devices. Team work No growth Learn a lot of skills, and how to use a lot repaired equipment, like dispatch, book in devices, inventory that made us multi skilled

Mtn review on my job and duties overall
I start work at 9 I log into the system and prepare all my systems that I'll need for the day I sign for the float I received for my till. I assist customers as they come in. Sim swops, contracts, fibre, upgrades, billing, queries, complaints, stock take and phone usage assistance. I take lunch at 2,relieve other consultants, I cash up my till and balance, do the store reports and close shop. I have a good balanced relationship with all my colleagues I love interacting with different people and giving good service. Sometimes customers come in for things that isn't my job. There's complaints and queries and customers can be difficult if you can't solve their issue on the spot.
Pros: Different challenges daily. Good interaction and skills development daily

I work long hours maximum 10 hours a day. I work well with my colleagues we are target driven
The company is great, no better room for improvement the employees needs come after They do not communicate in tine, during company 's meetings they do not give feedback

Excellent,
Working for four years in same position I'm looking forward for new ideas growth in company. I need new inspiration, challenges and join team of experts in my life I am not afraid of change I like challenges.
