Best company i've ever worked for in my entire life.
Best company i've ever worked for in my entire life. The very first big company to work for with lots of department that liaise with. Best and supportive team members and management. I learned that we were able to work and tolerate each other through our differences. I really enjoyed working on the fraudulent applications which mostly i ended declining anbd that was also challenging at the same time.
Pros: This is where i learned how it feels like to work as permanent employee of the company with all the benefits that the company offered and also putting hard work in making sure the we approve those potential good ones to increase the company's revenue and profits
Cons: It was the first time that i got to work in the same department for almost 10 years no matter how hard i tried working and learning to improve myself academically.

Excellent learning curve
I am working at Mtn as sales consultant and with 8 years of experience with client . I am computer literacy and like to experience new things.If this company can give opportunity I will make company grow and show my skills

Excellent learning curve
I basically work a Monday to Friday job. This excludes weekends and public holidays. At the work place I work very proactively as I need to ensure all the necessary stock items are available to use and sell. The staff there are very friendly and great to work with as soon you get to know them. The challenge we have the most is that our top management team do not communicate with us effectively. This results wrong decisions being made and lead big negative impact on the staff and sometimes to themselves as well.
Pros: Have enough time to manage personal and work life.
Cons: Leadership not communicating effectively with staff members.

Great experience
I would love an oppertunity to prove my skills an abilities to the company. It will mean alot getting in with a company permanently as i was on contract basis.

Creativity encouraged
We are given room to be creative with new ideas without beng liited to some rules. Our creativity is recognised through R&R programme which is conducted every quarter. This is part of our individual kpi. We have kpi named as part of our brand values to encourage new ideas in the business
