Excellent working condition
The normal working hours 8am to 5pm, and the relationship with co worker is very good, dedication and be the best you can be for the company have extensive experience in handling Assembly, Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance on all their transmission equipment for both GSM and Public Switched Telephone Network

Growth
Dealing with clients and closing deals is a passion, ever since finishing school I have mentally pushed myself in the sales field having to date 3 years sales experience going onto 4 years. I would like to further grow my passion and work for a bigger group than MTN where sales and service is my only priority.. medical insurance, different products, mobile insurance, Contracts for devices, Business Contracts. Our base of Companies that we deal with is Huge, MTN is a network that many people use and we also like insurance have to give the client the best and affordable deal they can not refuse.
Pros: Always new devices and a growing mtn network

It would be excellent growth for me to pursue my career in other levels .
As my exprience at my current work place has given me alot of character how to work proffessionally .I also learn how to work with difficult client .I wok well with my co-workers where i enjoy working wwwwith people where i have the best communication skills.

Diverse skill set
I work in friendly environment and of diverse cultures. I am hard working and possess diverse skills. Microsoft and Oracle technologies are my day to day technologies I use. I am now highly experienced PL/SQL and Azure specialist.

I am very innovative and reliable person

Learning curve and understanding different personalities, sumpathy and humanity.
Making sure I arrive hour early to make sure that when doors are open we are able to service without interruption of tea breaks, my co-workers were like family and we where a team, where we lift each other up to reach targets. That's what I enjoyed most, most challenging is having clients with different personalities and understanding that no matter that, we give service before sales, and built a relationship with clients for more returns.

Excellent exploring myself to different jobs
This company that I'm currently working at is not a company that you can say I'm working at good company due to the fact that you earn less money and the earnearning is based on targets should you not reach the target it means you won't earn convinced wage so this is very aquad because you do your own best but yet the payment is oppressive.
Pros: No great opportunity for promotion
Cons: 11 hours
