Creativity encouraged

We are given room to be creative with new ideas without beng liited to some rules. Our creativity is recognised through R&R programme which is conducted every quarter. This is part of our individual kpi. We have kpi named as part of our brand values to encourage new ideas in the business

Excellent learning curve

I always do my work on time.. I enjoying working with my coworker s the most challenging aspect of my job is that it wthe company is a Frenchchise so we wre a well known in polokwane as never safe at work

A journey to Finding myself

Having worked at MTN has been a learning curve for me, I started working at MTN as an administrator and also helping with sales and other duties in the store, and I was later promoted to store 2IC, a year later promoted to store manager at one of the company's smallest branches which I managed for ee years and the store sales increase by 60% and, I was then promoted to manage one of the companies biggest store. I must say working for MTN has been a learning experience.

I'm learning a lot in this Company,

I enjoy my job.mainly when I have run some Projects and leading the Sales Consultants.taking a good care of my office.it gets challenging when the Sales Consultants don't cooperate and I also resolve technical quiries and it can be challenging at times but I can handle it

Cons: We work really hard but at end of the day it pays off

Training all MTN stores on the new in-house system that has recently been launched. The system training included e-learnibg assessments. This included behavioural training as well as the change management aspect to all stores. The training had been divided into those 2 aspects.
