I always look forward to new challenges and ideas as I'm also open to new ideas. I enjoy taking charge on facilitating a group and engaging with a Team on projects or tasks, should it be new updates or existing tasks. As an HR Specialist, I have learnt that Human Resources or Talent Management in broad is always a Learning curve and that in a job you must always possess Great Leadership skills instead of micro managing.

Learning curve

Typical work Day
The first thing I do it to ensure that all my people are at work and they are ok, check if the systems are in working order and get IT to work on any that might have issues. Ensure my team is signed on when shift begins. Check Service levels and if we are holding calls, I investigate if there are issues that need to resolve or escalated. Liaising with my manager in terms of shift change.

Fun Environment
Customer oriented area- Customer satisfaction is key and everything revolves around giving kick ass customer service. Love interacting with different people and enjoy helping them get results. There are always great opportunities for growth arising.

Great growth infused cooperation
I was a young and vibrant working environment, there was mutual respect between us. There were a lot of growth opportunities as you could go and buddy in a particular department to learn more about what they did and it was on. There were trips and team building events. Most challenging was when you would be chosen to work in another department for a while. I was challenging because it wouldn't be what you are used to, but it was a lot of fun as support was always given.

Great experience
I learned alot at Multichoice. I had a great relationship with my team mates and we worked really well together . I was able to learn to manage myself when our team leader was not available .I work really well under pressure and I have good emotional intelligence. We dealt with different people and I was able to change how I speak depending on the customer .I enjoyed my Job hence I stayed with the company for the number of years .
