Excellent customer service
Enjoyed every minute working at my previous company. I am a good team player and had an excellent relationship with my cow-worker. I have learned to type quickly, listen and understand the work I do and always take my job serious. I enjoyed the vibe at work among my colleagues and I enjoyed the work that I did. The most challenging aspects was when we our contracts ended.

Job experience
I have a lot about team work and that we are all dependent on one another even though we carry different skills to contribute and strengthen the structure of the company. Challenges arises everyday that needs a different approach and understanding in order to help fix errors in the databases and other applications that mulfunctions. I enjoy a challenging environment because confidence is built upon overcoming everyday challenge.
Pros: A great place to learn how from others on how they solve escalated calls.
Cons: I was on contracts and they had to be renewed for every six months.

Excellent learning curve
Normal day is like any normal working day with it's challenges. I have a great relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to be alot more independent in my work. I enjoy the meetings in the mornings to prepare for the day ahead for work. The most challenging aspect of my job is having some task that has not been completed by the department that I escalated to in the correct timeline.

The challenges faced where there were no growth opportunities
The chances of being promoted were slim as people were already earmarked for certain positions and thee less favoured had a tough time advancing. It was all about who you knew.

Dynamic envirnment
I have learnt a lot in terms of customer service, how important my job is and how I contribute to the overall company. I get along well with my co workers and we have a good relationship. I enjoy to see my contribution daily, at work and at home (dstv). it so difficult to see bugs while watching tv, which more of the time its software issue but it is fun to discover and triag those bugs. important my job is and how I contribute to the overall company. Company of choice
A relatively relaxed environment with challenging tasks on busiest days. My relationship with co-workers is ethical and enjoyable I have a lot regarding the respect, company values and culture and mostly how well to treat our customers. I have enjoyed most the communication and team building outings. The most challenging aspects was to deal with irate and most difficult customers.

Excellent learning curve
Working with different people and learning how tohhbjd with different types of situations as working in a contact center allows one to do that. We had monthly targets to reach an also did so. We would open new accounts or check payments and also update customer information. Then inform customers about the products we have available for them. Monthly incentives to look forward to,

Work life balance
A typical day is rather hectic. There is always a new adhoc task to complete. The people are fantastic and willing to assist when they have capacity. The most challenging part is definitely juggling the numerous urgent requests from management with your daily deliverables which are dead line drivenA typical day is rather hectic.
