Very challenging in terms of work load and turn around times
Employed with nedbank as a Home loans credit risk assessor.Volumes are high with new application so very pressurised and accuracy a key component as well as sound decision making

Nedbank groomed me
It is a great place to work and recognition is granted to those who work hard and go beyond boundries. I love working with differnt characters but some time working in sales creates unnecessary jealous and animosity.

Good communication skills gained and I work very well under pressure
Working for my company is fun, exciting as you learn new things everyday. You keep up with what the world wants. Have to make sure you give the best service as there are other banks giving the same products, so service is best. Customer comes first and if you put yourself in their shoes you give the best service ever. Getting new challenges and having to resolve them myself. making sure that my day is well planned as we have high volumes of work everyday. .

Good learning curve
Dont really have a job description cause i do everything, -Good relationship with my Co-workers -Typical work days because of the pressure for sales -Learned a lot -Knowing that im making a different in someone's life -Difficult clients is the most challenging .

Good Learning curve
Working for a bank has taught me how to be patient, how to communicate with people from all levels. I have met wonderful people from different backgrounds and learned so much about myself. I enjoyed dealing with different queries daily and different clients. Going to work daily was a wonderful experience I got to laugh daily with my colleagues and that made me enjoy my work. Dealing with difficult client's was the most challenging aspect of my job but it built character.

I am a fast and indipendet leaner
my work day is 8 hours however it can be longer depending on the need of the company . I have a very good relationship with my co-workers as well as my clients I have gained a lot of research skills during my service years

Working at my present company made me learn a lot and able to work independently
working in my current company i've learned a lot of things, i'm able to corporate with my employees assist one another with queries. I've learnt that learning as much as you can will make things for me be able to fit in any department in the same organisation. I enjoy teambuilding as it makes me know my colleagues out of work
