My company pays accordjng to the experience gained . Mostly they dont consider the qualificatiin cz I have a degree un Accounting .the experience atat i have on retail is more than 6 years now .now currently study forensic auditing to improve my career . I would love to be a busines consuconsulant.

Fully proficient in Collections and recoveries
Nedbank is a great company to work for. My daily duties includes preparation of weekly auctions at main auction house, attending auctions nationwide as a bank representative, stock and processes audits. Market researches. I am a Collections and Recoveries expert and well conversed in laws governing Debt Collections in South Africa. I enjoy great and sustainable relations with all our service providers. I mostly enjoy striking great deals for our distressed clientele through selling their vehicles at highest possible values. The most challenging aspects is low auction attendance because I'll have to dig very deep in the buyers pockets to try getting better and reasonable bids for our vehicles.

The culture at Nedbank is good and I have work life balance. During my career at Nedbank, I was able to not only work on audits related to one cluster but to rotate across the clusters within the bank.This gave me an opportunity to learn more about the banking sector.

Company that live with its values , mission and vision a great place to bank, to work and invest.
I work eight hours a day doing all the administrative work and I update the stats of my co-workers on a daily basis trying to motivate them and encourage them when they are not performing basically I am a team player. I have improved my leadership skills and communication skills as I was attending the internal trainings for growth as part of my development. What I enjoy most is the overall of my work and giving report of each individual within my team on a monthly basis in a form of presentation because you have to achieve a certain target every month. The most challenging aspects of the job it is when I have to adapt to many changes they implement within the process every after three months to link with the strategy and innovations that are been implemented.
Pros: you are able to develop yourself so that you can grow within the company. they also offer bursaries if you want to further your studies. they usually conduct internal sessions that alert employees with all the policies of the company and we go through all the business assessments that are relevant to your job family.
Cons: you must be able to work under pressure and long working hours if the business requires that and we get incentives for that as part of motivation.

I have grown up as a professional and individual in this company
Working as a sales consultant is challenging as U have monthly and yearly targets but Nedbank makes it easy for me by providing me with the resources and tools that enables me to reach my targets months to months targets and I get satisfaction from this job when I solve people's needs by selling the right product to them and see my clients smiling because of me.

Good for gaining work experience
Its nice to work for the people are nice helpful, considerate, typically awesome people to be around, it can also be somewhat stressful environment due to targets that seem to be becoming more difficult to reach as everything is now being digitalised, and the targets go higher every year

Summary
I work flexi hours i.e 8.30 per day, I normal start at 6.30 and leave at 15h00 depending on a work load but I am flexible... our team comprises of 8 Credit Managers, we regard team performance as a prerequisite than individual performance... continue to learn..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Excellent learning curve
There are certain challenges like getting to know everyone and build a good relationship with them ,as some people are reserved but with the positive perspective towards everything, I have learned to accept that people are different. I am a person to easily ask help from but I learn from everyone as well. I enjoy helping others cause it gets me positive reviews from the individuals I have helped. On a typical working day I usually bring my energy to the table and always avoid feeling lethargic.
