A fairly great place to work.
Typical work day involves credit management, meetings , discussions with staff, assessing applications, conducting returns to head office. enjoy interacting with staff in the entire office, even those with which I am not directly involved.

Excellent learning curve
My current job is a typical day of 8am till 4pm. I work with supportive colleagues that are easy to go to for any support. My challenge is the system I have enjoyed being challenged to broaden my mind and learning new skills and challenges. I enjoy being with my family on weekends.
Pros: Weekend off
Cons: Lot of work and pressure with little salary.

Dynamic environment
I am currently a credit Analysis in the Business Banking environment in Nedbank, I have over ten years experience in credit department and a total of 18 in the banking industry. I am currently responsible for a portfolio of client with a turnover ranging from R40m to over a billion rands. my responsibilities include compiling credit applications, doing financial analysis and recommendation for application for committee approval. I also make sure we keep risk at a minimum by properly assessing client affordability and making sure that each client is well matched with banks products to assist them grow their business and also proposing suitable security for both the client and the bank to mitigate risk.

Excellent experience
It was a reat company to work fot. We had a lot of opportunities to grow in the company and good learning curve in terms of banking industry. They provide bursary to further education if needed. Assistance with medical and children's education funds.

Great company to work for .team work is encouraged Working from 8 to 4:45 but most working beyond those hours. Colleagues become like family unit My professional work ethic has improved clients prioritization level of communication has also improved gained confidence when engaging with the dealer network

Great place to work
I am 29 year old woman who is ambitious and goal driven. I am currently working at Nedbank as a teller , enquiries consultant. I also know various roles so I am not limited to those two roles, I load Atm's, do balancing and be on standby during holidays. I am hardworking, fast learning, orginised, competent and I adapt easily to environmental changes. I love working as a team.

Excellent collaboration and social networking
I enjoy Working at Nedbank however the salary does not allow for self growth. Growth opportunities are difficult and nedbank are extremely risk adverse.

Growth and Development
The Project Manager will work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration. The Project Manager must work in a team with other Project Managers within boundaries of strict project deadlines. The Project Manager will be exposed to excellent training opportunities both internally and externally. Projects in our environment typically vary in duration between 3- 6 months, with the occasional 18 month project occurring.

Great place to work
I enjoyed everything about Nedbank. I leanered a lot and customer service was my strong point. I enjoyed doing my work and working with my team. My typical work day was from 8 till 5 which I personally enjoyed because more sales were done just before home time The challenges were merely the systems when they would be offline or if the client was extremely unhappy
