I enjoy Working at Nedbank however the salary does not allow for self growth. Growth opportunities are difficult and nedbank are extremely risk adverse.

Excellent experience

It was a reat company to work fot. We had a lot of opportunities to grow in the company and good learning curve in terms of banking industry. They provide bursary to further education if needed. Assistance with medical and children's education funds.

Great new start, promotion

Im very innovative, i have great communication skills, i interact well at all levels, im resilient, i have more than 5Years years experience. I work well in a team. Im very much passionate about sales. Im a fast learner who strive to get things done. Been working as Sales Consultant since after varsity. I have good presentation skills.

I like to work as a team I have learned that working as a team we can share ideas on how to improve the sales strategies and tactics I like to assist others if they are struggling on the things that am excelling the most challenging about this job is that you must always be presentable , neat and able to sell the product and know the benefits of the product

Great place to work

I enjoyed everything about Nedbank. I leanered a lot and customer service was my strong point. I enjoyed doing my work and working with my team. My typical work day was from 8 till 5 which I personally enjoyed because more sales were done just before home time The challenges were merely the systems when they would be offline or if the client was extremely unhappy

Cons: Extension of working hours. Less time sometimes for lunch when really busy

Job satisfaction

Great company to work for. Typical work day is meetings internal and external clients, reporting on sales performance. Briliant relationship with subornites and peers alike. Most challenging aspect of the role is acquiring new clients which is a key strategy of the role
