Excellent learning curve
Working on contract helped me gain experience, especially because I’ve been placed in completely different positions within the bank and excelled in all of them. With that said, I’ve never been given the titles for those positions and I’ve been on the same temporary contract and salary for 3 years. I love what i do and what i have learned but I feel like

A space of learning and developing on a daily basis
Day to day reconciliation of events and suspense account Assist with the analysis of the announced and upcoming events in the market for a better understanding in the team An open door policy which allows seamless work flow and build a high level of morale within the team Allow Team to show their competencies I have learnt a lot in my position to lead people of a diverse team We work overtime periodically depending on the complexity and length of the task allocated in conjunction with the deadline

Opportunity to grow in the company, and study
Great team player, the targerts were tight but the branch was working overtime, there was no support from my leader but we atleast tried our best. No coaching done with me although it was a requirement

Excellent for growth

Excellent
In the last five years working at Nedbank I have gained a massive amount of experience and knowledge. Nedbank has given me self confidence and a good working ethicet. These past years has taught me how to present myself as a proffesional and deal with various client queries. I have had great working relations, and understamd better how to deal with different personalities. I have learned how to deal with pressure and meet daily and monthly targets.

Learning and growth
I'm currently at the NEDBANK contact center but I feel that there is no growth within the company... Just like every single person I would like to grow. The department I'm currently at is nice to work at with the coworkers But I cannot see myself as a call agent all my life.

Amazing company to work for, staff are treated like real assets to the firm
Ned bank is truly a great company to work for. Employees are treated really well. The benefits are amazing and and the culture is truly unrivaled compared to previous companies I worked at.
