Great experience

Hectic at times especially if it's month ends or these a system issue but on the normal day it's smooth. I have good relationship with my team mates and we work well in terms of supporting each other and a good relationship with our team leader. I have learned a lot aspecially the technical aspect of the job and the company systems. I enjoy the challenge knowing that I did assist the client and I have resolved the issue and the client is satisfied that makes my day. The most challenging aspects of my job its unforeseen technical issues were you need to tell the client that and you cannot assist at that point in time because it's a general issue on our side and you need to advise them to call back later.

Corporate Environment

Fast Learner . Process Driven. Analytical. Attention to detail. Honest ,trustworthy, reliable and will go the extra mile . Extremely hard working .Willing to put in extra hours to achieve level of customer service that is required . Not afraid of challenges. And always delivers on any promises made .

Pros: The opportunity for promotion and studies was always available. A vast amount of different divisions to move in and around . Upgrading of technology constant. Process and Procedural Culture instills many values into the Staff.
Cons: Very little cons in having worked in the Corporate World

Harnessing my skills

Working ss a frontline staff taught me how to be professional in any and all situations. Rreating a client with courtesy is vital. I've lesrned that product knowledge helps to combat those difficult clients. I loved my job and interscting with different peopke on a daily, and it was rewsrding when clients recognized the effort I out into my work. I appreciate my time at Nedbank.

Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues; Report all deviations from agreed Service Level Agreements; Make use of the framework for Professional and efficient Customer requirement execution and feedback; Report all complaints / compliments receive; Resolve all client queries appropriately, if no resolution escalates immediately; Stay customer focused without compromising risk controls. Effective execution all queries from clients to their satisfaction; Positive Customer survey feedback bi-annually.

Great development plan

Work at nedbank is great and offers great opportunities to grow and development. The only thing is prejudices among management and workers. The company has a great culture and fairness policy, though it is not equally implemented by all branches and managers. Opportunities at. Nedbank are vast and one must look for them constantly. great, your are

Learning opportunity

It was a well excellent working experience with the team and learning different cultures. Working together and that taught me that we are family not just a team. The challenges was not that much because when work we used to come together as a team, there will be challenges that I would encounter with clients if we don't provide the proper level of service that they expected from the team. What I have learnt is everyday when you wakeup and work with client you need to listen to them and put your self into their shoes every time when you assist them so that you can be able to provide an excellent service.
