Have learnt how to interact with clients.
It has been a great learning curve, throughout the challenges as well. I have acquired great skills in speaking with clients and also how to sale. At times it will be difficult to speak to clients but at the end in will make client understand the product I will be selling. I had great team work.with my team.members , we would help each other in any possible way.

Potential of earning a large salary
My working hours is very flexible, i basicly write my own salary cheque as i work on commission with no benefits. I need to recruit new clients all the time,but also need to give financial service continiously to my existing clients. Sales is the key being a Financial Advisor. I enjoy education my clients, the challenge though is my salary.

I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

Great environment for earning.
The culture is highly valued, so are the values of the company. Target's are set and we are taught hiw to reach these targets with ease. training is always available to those who need it. Employees that are dedicated to their work, are highly rewarded.

I like to work on the company because I like customer service communicate with clients.I like to do my job duties with all of my hearts, respecting my Job and the people surrounding me. My relationship with my co worker's is like family . I have learned to respect them to ask if I don't understand and to learn from them because we are family ,The thing that I enjoy most is to communicate with people and offer solutions if they need it. The challenging aspects is when you did not make your daily budget .

I like my job because most of the time i am feed worker .
I working hard under pressure, I want to work with team and with my manager I'm strong and flexible person. And I learn to listen to my colleague and the client also but if this topic is relevant with my job, focus with my work .Enjoy money travelling my family and my work.

Return to office or work at home to process, finalize sales Excellent company and staff. Meeting new clients enjoy interaction.
