Potential of earning a large salary
My working hours is very flexible, i basicly write my own salary cheque as i work on commission with no benefits. I need to recruit new clients all the time,but also need to give financial service continiously to my existing clients. Sales is the key being a Financial Advisor. I enjoy education my clients, the challenge though is my salary.

Excellent leaning curve
My regular schedule is arriving thirty minutes before work starts which is at 08:00am. Then attend an early board meeting for an hour, contact leads with the aim to sign them as clients, schedule fifteen appointments within the week. Attend three or more clients a day. Submit cases/sales made during the previous day. Make sure that I work one month ahead of my target. My relationship with co-workers is great, as a person who enjoys to interact with people with an approach of learning from everyone as individuals are all different. I've leaned to enhance my emotional intelligence with reading emotions, having a better choice of words while constantly being positive. The most enjoyable part of my job is archiving and going beyond the set target. Having to drive long distances to meet with clients as petrol is a huge necessity has become a challenge that I have been able to resolve with going to certain areas on specific dates.

Excellent managerial experience. Coaching, mentoring, learning and development.
My current position is a very hands on, spontaneous, progressive and adrenaline driven environment. Everyday offers a different challenge and excitement. The most fulfilling part is seeing how my staff members grow, develop, up skill and evolve into successful graduates. I enjoy and thrive on the mentoring, coaching, and development aspects that I offer my staff. I am an academic and continuously encourage personal growth and development, both with hand s on experience as well as academic progression. The challenges are meeting stipulated targets/ budgets and surpassing them. A healthy competitive environment allows us the ability to implement new methods, processes and procedures.

What I have gained
dealing with different characters of people with different problems, working for old mutual has taught me how to care and give love to people even if you dont know them, its difficult when you have to do a death and the person has been tragedy killed but you have to comfort your clients, I like conventions that motivates us to do more good work and I work very well with my colleagues.

Problem solving and Customer Care
Problem solving and resolving issues are a main trend as well as customer service, adherence to deadlines is of utmost importance as the customer is our business, keeping them happy is our main objective A typical work day can comprise of multiple tasks, colleagues are very supportive and we learn from each other daily, the most challenging aspect is to fit everything into one day

Good learninh curve
Lot of traveling and adminitration work, but wprking fleaible hours all you need to is provide what is asked and what is needed, computer makes our work easier becuase we are able to check clienta portfolios and review them, we work at anytime and anywhere as long as the is a network coverage at that place

Working environment is great and the support structure is excellent
early bird sessions with the team to share ideas and challenges. supportive structure from managers and senior advisers learnt to be assertive, give advise based on an individuals need, learnt to listen enjoyed working with different people and assisting in their financial planning. challenging part is clients who don't commit to their policies.
Pros: chance to explore in the financial industry and advance in managing finances.
