I'm learning more about customer service how to treat our customers, but making them feel welcome and important. So that can keep buying from us. Selling fresh products, correct prices on the shelves, and enough stock.

My job description & duties customer services, good communication skills, team-worker, hard-worker,punctul, honest,reliable, available, handling pressure, handling customer quiries & complains, friendly,cash office reliever, I was enjoying everything my supervisor ask me to do,The most challenging aspects is that our store was closing at 20H00

Good environment but management is not up to standard.
One gets promotion after a very long time. Patience is a virtue because sometimes you deal with difficult customers. Work is more and get paid very little. There's still problems with the race issue. No team spirit.

Experienced
I have worked for the above mentioned company for seven years and nothing has changed and i need to explore my experience to where is needed. Sometimes i feel like i have over stayed at the above mentioned company, you go extra mile but the is no recognition from the executives. So i don't want to feel i am being used and if a good offer come my way i will grab it with open arms

Leant to work with customers
Having customers service and easy to work with colleagues how to handle the customers and the complains and having to deal with different types of customers everyday what I don't like is that the are no promotions and I was a cashier since I've arrived untill I resigned I'm the hard worker I need some challenge in my life be busy have to experience new things in life

Poor
Working at pick n pay or at a retail store is not as easy as people think, you get to interact with different people, and always you need to make sure that those people are happy at the and of the day because they are your customers and thy must be happy so that you can get paid.sometimes I come across challenges when is month end and almost everyone has got money, it becomes a long queue at the store many people need my help and they need it immediately, customers shouting at me.but I h. Learned that customers must always be happy, I need to smile,talk and lough wuth them.And I as an individual enjoy working with other people as a team becouse it helps me learn a lot from my co-worker and managers.

The growth of employees at the company had change dramatically. It's benefits in growth aren't, as big as the cost of living in today life. The amount of work given to the some position are huge but the money that covers the work load is not reasonable . The company is still excellent company but growth is not as excellent as, back in the pasts years. I understand that time has change and changes is good to,but it does not have to turn in to a direction that it forgets it employees. It seems that they want a firm environment, that only focus on the business only. There is no inspiration given to employees, so there's no enthusiasts from employees. So there are no good conections between staff. The most important assets to a company is its employees, which makes its foundation.

Overworked
Tiring to say the least with long working hours. Overworked and under paid. I get along with all my co-workers. Management is the worse. I don't enjoy my job at all, who does.

Excellent learning curve
as woman you still need to work 10 times more just to prove your worth, great environment, people are kind and respectful most of the times, working with with people of different races and culture has been a great learning curve for me and will always appreciate the opportunity the only challenge is not being able to balance work and private life as the hours are too long
