The job that I do it was not easy at first until I realised that I actually want to build a career in retail. My working life experiences has only been in retail. The part I enjoy the most is having to interact with different people from different backgrounds and different journeys of life. I took my work place as my second home as i usually spend half of my day at work . learn to work as a team,having to become patient, be able to come up with suggestions and having that family that will understand your pain no matter what. The most challenging part is dealing with difficult customers, but I've learnt to be e more understanding and patient.

Good communication with customers
I have learned how to treat a customer in a good way, how to make customers happy. I have also learned some wisdom word from my colleagues and i enjoyed working as a team.

Great experience
A retail as big as Pick n Pay gives you a great experience in working with a number of people and how to keep the relationship going strong between one another. I am also good in customer service, knowing how to handle customers in a g humble manner.

Am learning alot from this company
Am a checkout assistance working hardly and passionate to give a good and proper customer service to our beloved customers.Have the ability to work under circumstances. The job is very easy and interesting in serving the customers with great passion and love.Am learning alot and getting to know life in a better way.Am proud and caring to experience this job. Great opportunity
It's a great company , good opportunities if you have the time and patients to wait really long , very friendly staff. It truly helped me develop people skills & learn to deal with different personalities. It's a great company , simply because you feel very welcome , any assistance needed is attended to

To learn and gain more skills and knowledge
Working at my previous company was good though challenging because it was a retailor and you have to deal with different people and understanding them. I loved interacting with customers.the reason for leaving the company was that i wanted explore more opportunity and learn new things.
