Excellent learning curve

My co workers were nice, besides my store manager he treated us like trash he didnt care besides his management team. Otherswise working at pick n pay was nice besides the salary was to small especially to us checkout assistance

Excellent learning curve

In fmcg retail you learn that customers want and need a certain level of attention it must be more personal than open sales. I learn all aspects of the business in the two years I was there.

Excellent review skills

At the company i use the computer when i do tne signage for the prices. I know how to comminicate with mi colligue ..I learn how to tread people n most of all i learn how to work under pressure..I enjoy to work with people to see how they think ..Tne most chalenging thing is when i face a difficult cutomers..

Pros: Im always in time at work, Iam hard worker ..the managers and staff where not working together then i try mi best to buil team work between us.I gain the trust from the customer becouse they leave the shop happy when they need something i try my best to help them to find what they need ..the fridge at ghe shop where not in good shape i pack the stock n clean the fridge ..and most of all we are in good commication

Excelent learning curve

working on urgent issues while attending to customers, close relationship so issues are ironed out quicker, I have learnt disciplinary procedures and hearings, the day to day unpredictability, making the most of the time you have in a day at work

Willimg to learn more as well as negotiate salary

I receive invoices for the DC and capture them on the SAP system , if there is some query I follow up on in , I also request tax invoices from supplier. I enjoy working with as a team or individual, resolving a query brings joy to me at the end of the day , be it a team effort or not.

Pros: its been a learning curve to work here
Cons: minimum growth in the department
