Great experience and opportunity to grow my career in IT and Retail
In my past roles in our organisation I have been a 2nd tier support engineer, Trainer, Mentor, Assistant Service Desk (Call Center) manager and I now function as a Training Specialist who develops end-user training for our organisation nationally and internationally. I travel nationally, on a regular basis, to deliver training to our Regional Business Systems Mangers, National OPS Managers and Regional Managers. Apart from the above I also design E-Learning courses. My technical IT Knowledge and experience allows me to be the Systems administrator to our e-Learning system hence playing a key role in the organisation. My relationships with all my co-workers and peers is excellent and I am popularly and fondly known to them all. I have been able to adapt to all levels of staff and various levels of communication; thus being able to accommodate anyone effectively in my daily tasks.

Cons: The challenge is now having to grow further and this would only happen by moving out of my current role

Start a day with smile,work as a team ,share ideas and learnt customers always right.I enjoy when i see my work/ what have done for a day,most challenging when we no respecting each other /shouting infront of customers.

Learning curve
i want to learn different sectors. I want to be able to achive great thing. not having to work my brains out and at the end of the month my salary does not cover all my debts.

Exciting and challenging with potential for promotion,training and development and growth. No day is the same, all experiences and challenges of the day becomes opportunities,creating excitement worth sharing and learning from. Build relationships with customers, co-workers, superiors, management which helps with growth opportunities.Develop experience and gain knowledge.

Exploring my options and economic situation

Terrible
Bad place to work in. Slavery and management is fierce, arrogant store manager and not professional and racists too. No skills and no approach poor human resources.

Learning everyday
Monday to Thursday we are validating the invoices and on Friday we file and check the outstanding batches.if some invoices are missing we phone the supplier and the store to sent us copies.The company so big so challenging to work with lot of people with different positions.i have learn to work with many people because if something is not correct from the supplier or store we must ask other departments like buyers clerk to fix it.On the 3rd to the seventh of every month we must make sure that our cut off date is clean.

Good working environment
I'm working at a retail store whereby I do stock ordering,hygiene standard and making sure that we are always fresh products at all times,doing my schedules.i also work flexible and long hours over 8hours per day.
