I'm a easy person to get used to. I enjoy working with my co workers communication is the most important thing to work with other employees. And the customers are the most challenging people you meet different people every day and that's what challenges you as a service provider.

Terrible
Bad place to work in. Slavery and management is fierce, arrogant store manager and not professional and racists too. No skills and no approach poor human resources.

I work as a cashier in front line en I also helping for supervising en work at cash office some days,at cash office we do count the money en balance our safe

Good working environment
I'm working at a retail store whereby I do stock ordering,hygiene standard and making sure that we are always fresh products at all times,doing my schedules.i also work flexible and long hours over 8hours per day.

Excellent communication skills
My job requires alot of hardwork nd dedication because you get to interact with alot of people a day, its very challenging too though because u serve people with deferent attitude . i have a good relationship with my colleagues we get along very well , what i have learned is it important to to have a good relationship with your colleagues to produce a postive and productive results, i really enjoy communicating with customers because it allows me to grow in my communication skills it allows me to sell a product through communication and its a great feeling. The challenges i face besides dealling with difficult customers, grow is a bit slow within this industry nd we are unfer paid.

Learning
I'm working at pick n pay under an agent called costars, and i am working as a picker there. On my we work twelve hours night shifts only. I'm working on cold storage there so it's easy for me to get sick and thats what i don't like about my job. And it is difficult to pick because us as pickers we have to reach a certain target. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, when we are working.. we assist each other in order to finish the job on time. In my work i learned that you have to be committed to your job, you have know how to handle pressure, your mind must be at what you're doing all the time. I also learnt about safety, you have to be safe at work all the time, like you have to ware boots and reflectors. I enjoy working with my co-workers they are good people, my supervisor doesn't get bored easily. He can handle pressure, he understands our weaknesses and abilities and he is an approachable guy. Lack of system's network is a huge challenge the, and they have old equipment

Having to work at a warehouse for the first time in my working experience
it included scanning of trucks so as to make sure there is correct figures for the specific shop. a team of friendly outbound clerks auditors and supervisors

Excellent learning
It is very nice to work in retailwe all accountable with our heartwe create a place to be.we care for and respect each Other.leadership and vision and reward innovation enjoy helping customers with their needs. There is challenges BT learn to solve all and deal with the challenges

Excellent place to start your career
Great values are obtained here. You learn that your customer is always queen, because the customer is the most important part of the business, therefore needed to be treated accordingly. I have learned to multitask and work in any department of the store as learning is not limited.
