Experience in JSE listed company

PnP has been the first company where I have worked with such huge sums of money. This exposure has been invaluable to the experience I was afforded. Though the company it JSE listed, there is uncertainty about the future. It is extremely daunting when there is constant changes and looming retrenchments. The company does not offer further studying opportunity. The company is involved with so many outreach and projects outside of the business but unfortunately spend very little to nothing for the personal development of junior staff.

Great learning experience

I gained a lot of experience, I learned a lot about customer service, I got to learn more about the retail industry The people I worked with were very friendly and easy to work with. I learned a lot about dealing with different people each and every day and I learned to think out of the box. I enjoyed interacting with different people. The most difficult thing was to deal with a lot of things at the same time if we short staffed.

Excellent

I learn fast an I learnt a lot I now know how to bake...is that they took time to take us to baking schools..is that we don't get much promotions an development..I think they just suit the purpose off the company rethur than suiting everybody's needs...
