An excellent stepping stone in the retail industry
It is my first job within the industry and I have gained massive experience wonderful bosses ,and the great team of colleagues that have been supporting me as I did not have any solid experience in the place of work.

A Hot Mess
A typical day at my company would consist of order planning and analysis. My relationship with my co-workers could be thought of as walking on eggshells. You never know when you'll get a smile or when you will be shouted at. It's a hostile environment. I have learnt how busy the world of supply chain, FMCG and retail is, and to what ends people would go to get stock in stores. I enjoy ordering for stores, although it can be quite challenging to satisfy both the needs of your customers and your boss at the same time.

Excellent
Its a great company to work for learnt so much and we would have fun with my co workers giving our customers best greeting's and smile making our day a successful one I enjoyed knowing our customers the worst day is when a customermis not happy that is more challenging but we do our best to make them feel at home.

Excellent staff development
10 hours shift, great working relationship with co-workers, constantly learning new ways of doing things. I love building relationships especially with suppliers.

Good learning environment
Its a normal working environment where u meet different people each day.learning to work with others as well as providing excellent customer service.There are qualities needed to do so which are qualities i learned while working there which are humidity,respect and patience.The variety of smiling faces i see every day makes my day.The challenges are there like when its month end,more work while other customers are calm and others are furious and in a hurry.That is when you need to use those qualities and keep on smiling.

Honesty to the company
Because I was working at the surbuban area I leanerd a lot about different cultures, my company was giving us a platform where by if u wanna grow within the company it will do just like that, I have gained a lot, including managerial duties

Learning curve
Good company , needs leadership adjustment ,right people in the right places needed , good benefits ,good workers , balance needed in work and family .... open communication needed, in general a superb company with few drawbacks
