Excellent experience
It has been a pleasure working for my company and I have learnt a huge amount thru the years and anyone can if they just put their minds to it. My typical day is always being busy, I love being busy at all times, cant sit around and do nothing, if I have no work I know there are other departments that does. I have had excellent relationship with my co-workers, we are more like family.

The growth of employees at the company had change dramatically. It's benefits in growth aren't, as big as the cost of living in today life. The amount of work given to the some position are huge but the money that covers the work load is not reasonable . The company is still excellent company but growth is not as excellent as, back in the pasts years. I understand that time has change and changes is good to,but it does not have to turn in to a direction that it forgets it employees. It seems that they want a firm environment, that only focus on the business only. There is no inspiration given to employees, so there's no enthusiasts from employees. So there are no good conections between staff. The most important assets to a company is its employees, which makes its foundation.

Go fetch your float, put your money in a draw go put your money in a till and start working. You go to lunch and tea when you are told too. There's no relationship with Co workers. I don't enjoy anything. The most challenging aspect is being pushed down by management because you want to learn.

Stepping stone
I want to start my own business, so I need fund to get it off the ground, photography is the business I'm passionate about, it excites me, I would love to myself employing people, atleast contribute to reducing south African unemployment rate.

Excellent communication skills
My job requires alot of hardwork nd dedication because you get to interact with alot of people a day, its very challenging too though because u serve people with deferent attitude . i have a good relationship with my colleagues we get along very well , what i have learned is it important to to have a good relationship with your colleagues to produce a postive and productive results, i really enjoy communicating with customers because it allows me to grow in my communication skills it allows me to sell a product through communication and its a great feeling. The challenges i face besides dealling with difficult customers, grow is a bit slow within this industry nd we are unfer paid.

Excellent
I learn fast an I learnt a lot I now know how to bake...is that they took time to take us to baking schools..is that we don't get much promotions an development..I think they just suit the purpose off the company rethur than suiting everybody's needs...

Excellent review experience
I enjoys working under hospitality job because that is my career choice. We work very well with my co workers I am able to ask questions if something I feel like I don't know how is done. They will help me out if I don't know how something is done .I now know how to bake .talk to customers. How customers are being treated and also I've learnt how to cook different dishes. Baking and cooking. It is challenging not to know how to handle a customer complaints

It was a great learning curve for me
It was a good experience to work for the company I used to work for i learned many things at the job field and I socialised with diggerent charecters which teaches you to be able to maintain the other situation say if you bumped into an angry client whose going through different emotions .the

I've learnt a lot in this industry including discipline ,time management and to work as a team
i am more comfortable working in night shift because i am more relaxed and more energetic and even my supevisor would see me as a great worker , i had built a lot of friend and a great team with my co-workers .what i have enjoyed the most is doing overtime and when they thank me for the good work i have done that shift . the most challenging aspect of the job is to pick unit not bulk because its make it hard to reach a target giving to you .
Pros: is to work hard and end doing supply chain management at some point
Cons: is to work that given hours like 12 hours per shift
