Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)

Able to learn new things
Lo e being around people, I love being challenged when I'm around co-workers. I have learned that you can ever be perfect all the time, sometimes you need input from co-workers. I'm eager to learn new things that's why I love surrounding my self with intelligent people. Unable to solve a problem without calling a supervisor.

Growth learning
My job at pick n pay is not hectic its rather challenging ,but interesting u do have busy days but its normal. I am very quite person but once i know people well am quite open ,smilling lady. I have kearnt that in business always make your customers/clients happy be on point and know your target. Its fun intereacting with different people everyday.

Dynamic organisation
Leroy Merlin is a great company that embraces diversity in different cultures. The work life balance exists which works for. However opportunities for growth are a bit limited otherwise contrary to that, Leroy Merlin is a wonderful organisation to work for.
