I learned to best communicate with customers and to attend to their needs and complains...and how to make quick transactions could be cash or card or even vouchers. I also learned to do beyond my job description and to go out of my way or even work extra hours if need be.

Great xposure
Very busy environment, very challenging at times but not all the time, it is a job that requires discipline and a teachable spirit as things change Daily and you must adapt to the changes, I work with woman predominantly that can be very challenging at time but we get along very well. I love the challenge of getting new information, which is never given you must find it yourself as things changes . most challenging is having a irate customer who refuse to speak to you or leave a message for anyone else yet demanding to speak to someone now

Productive and learnig curve.
I enjoy working with all kinds and types of people as well as learning new and different things in the industry as I am working with different suppliers daily and handle different queries daily. it gives me pride in doing my job knowing that I have resolved a query on time and to the satisfaction of the supplier.

Hardworking ;enjoy work in a team and fast learner
Its good to work in PNP even through the jobs is challenging and it graves us opportunities to apply for diferent positions ;it teaches you to respect ;accommodate people with different attires.I have learned to accommodation pressure and have understanding with my shifts mostly it came me experience in different departments.

It is fine for me to survive but I am looking for a higher wage
Tha company that I am currently working for is great, but I feel like it's time for me to grow, interns of using my driving skill and get a challenging job. I am at the stage whereby I need a better salary.

Excellent growth in have studied business management at pick not pay
On sassa days it's get busy where sometimes I will have to take 15 minutes lunch. We work as a team.I have learnt that two people is better than one. I enjoy doing what is more than expected of me to help customers it makes me feels alive. When you serve rude customer.

Am a hard worker and fast leaner
It's very interesting to work at my company and what I have learned is to not take your co-workers for granted hear their concerns what their views my relationship with was fantastic the most thing I enjoy is my work.the most challenging line was to makes sales and bit the daily budget

Am creditors supervisor, I manage 5 clerks and we are paying Pick and Pay supplier My job is to do the following: Manage all matters relating to the Finance Shared Services creditors department including staff Ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained when paying accounts Check completeness and accuracy of payments and creditors reconciliations Review vendor ageing and reconciliation of vendor balances to supplier statements and ensure outstanding reconciling items are cleared Post manual invoices/credit memo’s prepared by the creditor’s clerk Ensure that the correct authorizing official has signed off the document and that the correct GL account and cost Center are used Liaising with and handling queries from suppliers by liaising with the LIV department amongst others Investigate and follow up on queries I like to help the suppliers that is the most thing I enjoy in the company The most challenging is to manage people that is challenging part.

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
I have experienced that working with person is very nice, that I always have to be friendly, respectful, helpful and patient. Customer service is a very important thing if you working with clients in order to let the industry grow
Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
