I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
My duty is to help customers to get exactly what they looking for and make sure that it is in a good quality(not damaged) before payment , customer satisfaction give an interest to the company because definitely the customer might come back for something else due to service she/he got in our industry
Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)

How to be assistant manager
i have learned many things like do cash up, how to address a complain how to cool down a customer that have a complain. the most things that i remember most are the days when they have trained me to receive stock and how to do inventory.

Wonderful working experience
I learned to best communicate with customers and to attend to their needs and complains...and how to make quick transactions could be cash or card or even vouchers. I also learned to do beyond my job description and to go out of my way or even work extra hours if need be.

Respecting my seniors at all times
Customer service, sending out cash to fidelity everyday,cashing up the floats in the morning and ordering Change, counting change every Sunday, making money available in case my superior require for company transactions, Helping out the accountant of the company with the invoice from the suppliers, Supervising frontline tills and helping out in the store when in need,Stock taking for cigarette every monday,Customer service, Balancing of pretty cash
Pros: I hope my experience in dealing with all add more value in the company daily performances so easily

Quick learner
My daily duties was loading maternities for management and wage employees Loading medical aid and dealing with queries for management and wage employees Changing banking details of all employees nationally Loading and dealing with queries of employees going on Salary continuation and disabilities nationally Loading on a monthly basis all management overtime, Sunday time, public holidays and Night Shift nationally Run on a montly basis the leave liability report and dealing with queries nationally Have great relationship with all my colleagues I enjoy dealing with chanlenging queries where i have to investigate most of the time you learn new things and ways of dealing with queries.

Excellent growth in have studied business management at pick not pay
On sassa days it's get busy where sometimes I will have to take 15 minutes lunch. We work as a team.I have learnt that two people is better than one. I enjoy doing what is more than expected of me to help customers it makes me feels alive. When you serve rude customer.

If learent alot in this campany
Workday starts from 6 am to 15j00 on some weekends from 6 to 19h00 .cutting. meat pack shelves order meat and stocktake. My relationship with co workers exellant.learn to do stocktake doiing.orders and receiving of stock. To achieve the target every time. To lift the butchery and the company itself.

Excellent experience i got
I had a really great experience at Pickn pay, my co worker were easy to work with even the management. My aim was to make sure that I did my job very well, even going over board as to make paent before their due date by a week. The most challenging aspects were the vendors(creditors) who wanted to be paid befor time and insisting on getting their money before hand, even when I tell them that we as clerks are not allowed to, that's where I would refer them to my supervisors to explain to them. Overall it was a great experience and i enjoyed waking up daily to go do my job.
Pros: Great opportunity for graduates with no working experience and a good company to work for.
Cons: month end rush to pay creditors
