I have strong leadership skills, communication and good in handling projects.

II work as customer service clerk, my duties are to make sure that I provide good service by capturing orders and making sure they are delivered with a promised date. We work as three ladies in the department and we backup each other during under pressure moments and absenteeism, I have learned problem solving and leadership skills and how to handle emotional intelligents. I enjoyed working or engaging with other departments and being involved in the strategic meetings. The most challenging is part is when you trying to serve customers but production is not doing well.

Working experience

Typical day is front end customer facing. We have a very innovative team and I work in a team environment where the team member truly care for one another, and help one another to achieve goals. We grow and learn as individuals every single day, RCL foods is focused on constant improvement of their employees. The most challenging aspect of my job would be the extremely competitive market we find ourselves in, we often face unreasonable requests from our customers in terms of market pricing, mainly due to the pressure the are facing in this tough economic climate.

Excellent learning curve

I am currently working as an intern as an intern. This company has allowed me to gain practical experience related to biotechnology. It has allowed me to relate my theoretical knowledge with the practical work done in industry. I have come to understand a lot of things such traceability, metal detection etc.

Excellent customer care

Working in my company is pretty much fun because I love what I do since I’m a self employed person, I keep my dad to day activities running smoothly but some days are hard especially when customers keep coming and ordering costumes for different events that’s when I’ll have to stay up at night and do everything correctly. My customers never complain about bathing I treat them with kindness I listen to what they need and I deliver. What I enjoy the most is the designing I’m doing I’m in love with it and that’s why I choose it as a part time Job to keep me going as I look for another Job, the goal is to make enough money t go to school study pharmacy and get my second dream job.

Excellent working enviroment

It was an exciting job, introduced many control measures in handling pallets, I worked well with many people; customers and colleagues. The most challenging aspect was that I worked long hours and travelled a lot with plenty of admin to do.

Excellent learning curve

Worked shifts, Starting up the plant. Checking water pumps, checking steam flow and then checking that all machinery is in working condition for the days work. Work well with others and delegating work to subordinates. I've learned the everyday brings its own problems and how to deal with that problems and to solve them. To see the plant running after all your hard work.. My challenge was to was to keep the plant running with a small budget.

Pros: There was promotional oppurtunities but to slow
