My job discription
I issue uniform to army members,maintaining the store and ensure tht all the issue voucher are subtmitted to the relevant people.I have a well established relationship with my co-workers and respect is matual.I have learnt to oporate underpressure ,to work with different type of people and respect time.I enjoy normally to work under supply chain section because is were i specialized at.Working with old people who dont want to adapt to changes is always a problem.

Average learning curve
Being in the SANDF it means to serve the interest of the country and its people in accordance with the constitution and the law by way of providing protection and safeguarding national belongings. As a logistician my work is to support the forces with all property, plant and equipment as well as rations and clothing, shelters needed in the battle and during training exercises as well. It is not an easy task to deal with especially for the fact that I have studied Accounting and now I am placed in Logistics. However to relate with other forces is an easy task to deal with as we have all being trained to leave as one South African family.
Pros: Fair opportunity for promotion
Cons: It is difficult to present new strategies to the superior because you only work on command.

Excellent learning Curve
I have worked for six years since 2010 until currently, I have been forking shifts and have been off on certain days. I would like to be granted to work from Monday till Friday and have a Saturday off. I have worked with my colleges very well and no trouble have occurred. I have enjoyed and have been granted time to study and I am perusing my studies .

Excellent learning curve
Working as a member of sandf requires high level of discipline and integrity which it's what I loved the most being a driver it is challenging as u not alone at the road but being true to your employee as a worker you make sure that you have full attention on what it's happening around you as you drive,I had a very good relationship with co workers, I learned to take responsible for my actions and that I am accountable, I was working 7 to 16 from monday to friday no weekends

Excellent learning curve
Am willing to learn new things everyday because it's challenging and i like challenge. So now i am looking for a new challenge,military it is challenging but it has dat stop and go witch i sometimes see it not challenging. The most important part about my current job is solidarity we work like we where rised by same parents. Since working in the army i have learned how respact people and self respect, i enjoy to travel doing my tasking at the same time.

Excellent learning curve
It's great company and give a good discipline, leadership with lots of organisational skill. It's a great platform to render your service to your country. You are given all the necessary skills to grow career wise and social. It teachers you to work independently and in a team with out any difficulties. Their physical training teaches discipline, team work and leadership.

Great experience
It's a typical soldiers life, We train hard and discipline is the core everything is done according to commands. You learn to respect your superiors and work to earn your place. On a typical day we train we attend course classes. My relationship with my co workers is good as I'm an extrovert and I enjoy meeting different but mostly we give each other team spirit and lift each other up during training. I enjoy how we stick together for the good of serving our country. It's sometimes challenging because of the conditions under which we do our training .

Never stick on place.
At my work place every morning we do maintenance around the base for few hours until 10am. Then we carry on with our daily tasks and duties. Working with my subordinates has taught me to work on my own and working as team under supervision or under no supervision. I can also work under pressure to reach target of the day. What I enjoy the most at work is when we work as a team and listen to one another's opinion or ideas on how we get the job done. But what is really challenging is when people fold their hands or malinger when there's load of work.
Pros: Be taken to do courses or being sent to learn further more at work it's what I like the most as a person whose very passionate about learning more.
Cons: Working over time or long hours does not affect or exhaust as I like what I do.
