Never stick on place.
At my work place every morning we do maintenance around the base for few hours until 10am. Then we carry on with our daily tasks and duties. Working with my subordinates has taught me to work on my own and working as team under supervision or under no supervision. I can also work under pressure to reach target of the day. What I enjoy the most at work is when we work as a team and listen to one another's opinion or ideas on how we get the job done. But what is really challenging is when people fold their hands or malinger when there's load of work.
Pros: Be taken to do courses or being sent to learn further more at work it's what I like the most as a person whose very passionate about learning more.
Cons: Working over time or long hours does not affect or exhaust as I like what I do.

When i was UN investigator in the DRC
I m hard woking person on the sandf training environment military police school.i m responsible to prepare block program and weekly program at my branch.i m a team worker and can work under any circumstances. i m enjoying brain storming with work mate and my juniors well being are of great concern to me. i enjoying meeting new people and new challenges in life

Cons: used to working long and extra hour we normally goes camping

Good communication
Good communication a team player hard working and will not dissapoint,a vew of being confident after a good job that has been done in other words,I feel great about myself doing a good job.Really want to go for higher education to fill my dreams and hard work requires that.
Pros: I like the respect that was all around my co-workers especially them I enjoy most the benefits and the work i did there was never a challenge cause what I learned was working together will make it easier and fun

Thisnis an excellent learning opportunity
Very disciplined and structured environment. I am a board member and attend all the board meetings. As Corporate Communication Secfion head, I manage all aspects of corporate communicatiin within the organisation, South African Army Infantry Formatiion. I orchestrate, direct, control and evaluate all corporate communication activities in the Formation. I have learnt to do thorough planning in terms of activities and finances. I enjoy to empower my sub-ordinates and managing events. I have a good and proffesional relationship with my co-workers.
Pros: Military has a rank structure and it is very structured en ironment
Cons: I am on duty 24h and I give my life for my country

Excellent learning curve
as a soldier discipline is of very important, so being guided by discipline helps you to grow and mature on the job and as a person as it compromises of respect for all. learning is of excellence criteria as it exposes one to different types of environments and tactics.

Excellent studying environment
Work is normal the only problem is that there is not enough challenge to build up your career.you also learn a lot of teamwork.but our biggest problem is exposure to our job description,we do more regimental aspects than do mechanical work.

Excellent learning curve
It's great company and give a good discipline, leadership with lots of organisational skill. It's a great platform to render your service to your country. You are given all the necessary skills to grow career wise and social. It teachers you to work independently and in a team with out any difficulties. Their physical training teaches discipline, team work and leadership.

Personal Traits and Aseptic control level
Result driven, Assertive, energetic and cooperative. I like to function under pressure and make decisions under challenging circumstances. Willing to be a member of a team and to work co-operatively with others (within own team and in other teams) to achieve objectives. I demonstrate and shares own vision with others in a genuine manner which enlists their involvement and support. I use persuasive argument to present information to key decision makers in order to influence decision-making.

Willing to move and learn and explore new adventures
I served as a loyal member of the National defense force for 16 years am looking forward to new challenges. I am enjoying working with group in order to achieve maximum result as well as an individual especially as a manager (senior officer) leading a team to assist in reaching our goals
