Going to Sandf at first is not easy because you meet different types of people and it happens that you won't even know one of them, it gets exciting when you eventually get to know them and work as a team. I learned that you have to think of other people with team building. I had a great experience at the shooting range, we had shifts at the Mess we used to wash dishes as a team, run as a team, eat as a team, i know what team building is. After basic training i worked at sickbay as Patient Admin Clerk, also learned what Batho Pele principles means. I enjoy helping people.

Cooperative Financial Management, that is accompanied by extensive working experience that I have acquired through different organisations. Diverse environment and an excellent learning curve.
A diverse and ever changing environment that enforces the utmost height of self discipline. Working in a team with highly skilled individuals to meet deadlines and an excellent environment to learn.

Groomed me to where I am today
Self motivated, energetic,can take instructions easily and give feedback,good team player,think out if the box, work overtime to meet my dead line,can apply batho pele concept.was a team leader working with over +- 1000 members files per week and we were only 3 if us for the whole country and under the work pressure and lack of working resources we managed to do so by improvising taking some of the job home so that atleast we can print or staple we went to the extend of buying or section our own stationary

Best place to work for
I had the best experience working for this company as a legal practitioner. Have the best training in legal work and administration and also weapon handling. I also hand training in advance driving.

Excellent learning curve
Working in my company has been such a great learning curve, the diversity in the environment has helped me to deal with people from different backgrounds, i have acquired an excellent experience in the HR environment, possessing employees salaries and managing their personal files as well as their leave administration. The problem i have encountered is that, for the past 3 years i have been doing same thing every day, i feelnlike my career is stagnant. I need to work at a different environment. Experience new challenges and overcoming them gives me grest satisfaction.

i really enjoy my work because working with computer, salaries and helping people is what love and enjoy doing beacause i really think iam good at. my relationship with co-workers is very good we get alone like one family. i have learned a lot is this defense force like respect, abidance, discipline, understanding other people, patience, term work, perseverance and hard work. i enjoy most working hard and learning everyday new things. my most challenging aspect is going to deployments for six months.
