I would like to describe myself as a very ambitious, hardworking and sincere woman. I am enthusiastic about taking up new challenges in life, Friendly and joyful is what my friends would describe me as. The reason why I think I am suitable for this position firstly because of my capabilities, I am willing to learn more so getting this position for me will serve as learning more while being a good asset to the institution. I also enjoy working as a team because that is when u get to know how to work around people with different characters and personalities, u get to acknowledge other people’s views and comments which will make the task given even more interesting and easy for you all. Also individual work is interesting because that’s when you as individual will get a chance to convey your own capabilities and most when you work alone you always finish in time, but that doesn’t mean not to ask for help from your fellow colleges,

Excellent communication skills:externally
Work was exciting as I got the chance to communicate with different clients from different backgrounds, learning different languages. I worked well with my team and main objective is to get the job done and assist each other in reaching the required target.

Excellent learning curve
I have excellent administration skills. I also worked at a retail store so long hours are of effort and I need a change of industry I work in. Was given an opportunity to be an office Manager on my current job which is worked excellently. With experience in product knowledge, data capture, telephone skills setting appointments and working under a commission based industry

A day in my life
I work as self employed. I train at Companies like Sanlam and found it great as i get ti know new people every day. I have to be acredited by Service andcMict Seta . i train computers at Creative Minds and i love it becausec i have to keep my Microsoft skills up to date. I compile training manuals and use the unit standards to guide me. I work great with the CEO's and managers and they know that im always just a phone call away for guidance. The best if my work is when i do coaching and i can see and feel that i have made a difference.
Pros: I work self employed. This gives me the opportunity to present training at different companies. This has given me the opportunity to learn from different organizations and to have accreditation at more than one SETA.
Cons: I work quite long hours and have to promote myself everytime from the start at each company

Good Work Experience
I have had a good working experience at Clear Road Blue Star Financial Advisory Services (Sanlam). Having to learn almost everything on my own, teaching my colleagues easy and new steps on how to process and capture data, all this has helped grow intellectually as well as practically.

Computer skills
It challenging job, meeting different people everyday,and Ive good relationship with my colleagues because we shared ideas on how to get business since we commission earners,it have challenge since no work no pay even you not okay you have to work because at the end of the day you need to get paid

My professional goal is to become a Project Manager. I take full advantage of opportunities that I am presented. I would like to evolve into a PM in the marketing and advertising industry; however I am eager to be part of any great company.

To at all times render and offer quality service
I am accustomed to the fast paced environment which is common to an administration office/Call Centre and work well under pressure. I am highly organized, detail orientated, extremely neat on my person and working environment and have high regard for quality of work. Working in a multi-racial environment has enhanced my interpersonal and communication skills with people of all ethnic and employment backgrounds.

Excellent financial rewards. Great team environment and support.
The financial services industry is highly regulated. Overall the job is very challenging with potential to achieve financial freedom. The environment is highly competitive and ever changing. The company offers very little fringe benefits and can be discouraging because it is commission based only with no basic salary. Growth is very slow but achievable as one grows in the industry.

Excellent learning curve
I am well organised, detail orientated and able to prioritize effectively to manage conflicting demands in a fast paced work environment. I have strong analytical, research and time management skills and a very high degree of commitment to my work.
