Fast and competent learner
I deal with paying outs of pension and provident funds. I communicate with clients on a daily basis, handling queries. we have a team based environment and we have to work well together to make sure that we all meet targets for the month. My communication skills have improvement and i have learnt how to work under pressure. It gives me joy when i have finalized a claim without any hassle. The best part about my job is that you learn something new almost everyday. The challenging aspect includes when Funds are liquidating and one has to explain to clients the process it takes before they can be paid out. It is challenging because these involve sections of the Pension Funds act that most people do not understand and clients start to think that we are just withhold their funds.

It's a job that's need a concentration, and commitment, I'm also working with different people from different backgrounds. Sometimes I get challenges and pressure when I can't get appointment of new clients but it's need patience

Stable job
No scope for growth,unless you relocate,hardly any challenges.management style bias.no equity Challenges are usually a very difficult client which you need to win over. The office basically operates without.a manager. The environment is a bit challenging.

Excellent learning curve
we are small office of 12, as we are the gatekeepers of the company. we work as team in order to reach target before cut off, and with this is to never under estimate another persons knowledge, I enjoy the atmosphere in the office and the working relationship we have.the most challenging aspect is when intermediaries work on cut-off as we have to submit case before cut-off the work load becomes a lot but eventually submit in time.

Working a wonderful experience and explore.
I have worked with many companies and if I may say they were all a great stepping stone towards my dreams. I enjoyed meeting with clients in a professional way and also learned a lot about the company and the service they render. At Sanlam we all worked to please our customers and learnt that team work is everything before our positions. What was most challenging was saying NO to a client instead I always listened and ensured that their needs were met with a smile on my face. Another challenge was marking sure that everytime me and my senior colleague met the highest score before the deadline. Working with Sanlam showed me how to ask for second opinion if you are not certian instead of giving out incorrect information. Working with Sanlam has given me the chance to change the way I used to think happened in the cooperative world.

Wonderful family company
It is a challenging position that I have taken head on. I have a wonderful relationship with the director however I would like to grow further in my position.

Valuable Work experience
The company looks after those that are doing well as far as achieving targets.If you struggle you are left to battle on your own with little support. The remuneration can be competitive with a potential to earn. The job requires a lot of commitment and the willingness to work long hours and travel extensively. I have learned a lot about the industry and grown as a professional and personally.

Everything was good but the amoun't was not fulfill my needs
Working is good and the relationship between I and my collleagues is perfect. I learned that when you are at working industry forget your personal problems but focus on your work and also I learn to share with people if there's a need to do that. And there are other things that i have noticed and I'm willing to ignore is time waster. I enjoy to be with my colleagues and the things that are challenges is when you are selling the product to the client and the client don't trust you at all then you ending up not selling any product a day.
