I would like to describe myself as a very ambitious, hardworking and sincere woman. I am enthusiastic about taking up new challenges in life, Friendly and joyful is what my friends would describe me as. The reason why I think I am suitable for this position firstly because of my capabilities, I am willing to learn more so getting this position for me will serve as learning more while being a good asset to the institution. I also enjoy working as a team because that is when u get to know how to work around people with different characters and personalities, u get to acknowledge other people’s views and comments which will make the task given even more interesting and easy for you all. Great learning curve
I have developed strong admin skills and reception skills that have enabled me to build a record of sustained reception lady.i thrive or challenge and change and i look forward to new opportunities to build positive customer relations every day. I beleive as as reception lady for a company my energy and creativity in tackling problems will make a positive contribution .i am equally comfortable working independently to meet company goals as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Nothing to inprove and grow in the company.
Admin officer. Completing applications, Typing letters, Following up with cases, Doing analysis, getting cases issued. Switch board operating. Saving clients files onto the system. Getting applications signed electronically. Client interactions and company liaising

Amazing
I work for Sanlam however they do not pay my salary as I was outsourced by a company called PLP. Nevertheless just working in the Sanlam building and getting to know the people that work here and how passionate they are about what they're doing here is quite rewarding in its own.

Excellent learning curve
My day to day duties entails, liaising with members of the fund i.e branch managers, sales managers and agents. My relationship with my clients is excellent as I start dealing with queries in the morning, attend meetings in the afternoon and make payments to disability members (ISP). I also draft retirement letters for all employees due for early, normal or late retirement. The letters should be drafter 3 months prior to their exit to the fund in order to source financial advisers who will guide them on how to invest their hard earned benefits. I really enjoy employee benefits industry and intend to grow in leaps and bounds as years progresses.
