Great to learn and grow
typical work day would be to re-broke clients, up sell policies, grow the existing portfolio . deal with claims, customer debit orders. customer policy endorsements. source new business. customer retentions I have a clos relationship with co workers and learn for the life advisers I enjoy the most working with high net worth clients

Great sales experience
I had a great experience in sales and marketing. My whole year with the sanlam group was overwhelming and unforgettable. The manager there was very supportive and his mentoring skills were great. The challenging part of my job was having to sell the same products to the same group of people and convincing them to join your policy, this was also exciting at some times.

Great to learn and grow
You have lots of Freedom Set own targets Being accountable and responsible for daily task, no micromanagement, so you are your own boss great relationships with co workers, we have lots of socials.

Work Smart
It a pretty good company, co-workers get along, on the road everyday long to get new business however my biggest challenge is that, I feel like once you've signed up the new client and put them on the books, that's it like you move on to the next client and no resources to touch base with existing client base and lastly growth, there isn't much Room to grow.

Great learning opportunity
Sanlam is a great company to work for with great opportunities which are unfortunately limited to certain roles. There is a diverse culture, which allows us to work together. I enjoy working with different people and we learn from each other as colleagues. The biggest challenge within the organisation is communication as well as growth limitations for certain roles e.g. Personal Assistants. I have obtained great administrative skills such as handling the manager’s diary, scheduling appointments, compiling & submitting reports, travel arrangements as well as overall running of the office i.e. managing the budget, ordering of stationery and other ad hoc duties). My experience also includes but is not limited to recruitment (compiling employment contracts and termination contracts), event planning and management

Very excellent Clientelle and a learning venture
The job was hectic in a sense of being pressurised to pay claims withing SLA. It required someone who is accurate and has speed and have a good clientele with clienta which i did. It was very nice to work in the environment where u learn new things everyday when dealing with different claims.My main core job aspect was to pay claims and liase with stakeholders.i Enjoyed to communicate with clients and helping them with meeting their expectations. and also the culture of the work environment was so welcoming i enjoyed every moment i spend at work even though sometimes it was not easy, but i knew that tommor it will be another day to look up to.i has a very good relationship with my co-worker and the overall management. I have paved an excellent way for my self at Sanlam.

Well versed and experienced in cus-tomer services with a Matric qualifi-cation. I also have a Long Term insur-ance certificate NQF Level 4 from Sanlam and lastly an Advertising certificate NQF Level 4 from Imagi-nation Lab. I have been working for more than 7 years in fields of customer services and administration. I have worked as an Accounts Clerk, Call Centre Agent, Claims Assessor

I gain a lot of expirience
I worked for plus 5years at Sanlam, In this 5years I gain a lot of expirience from the company about servicing the clients and I grew a lot. I work 8hours a day , only day shift, having a good relationship with my coullegs. What made me to enjoy in the comapany and stay in during this 5years its because of loving my job, as working with clients is what i like most.. Also I like what challange me so having a target that i have to reach evrymonths I real like it because it made me not to be on comfort zone always challenging my self.
