Tans oorweeg ek net 'n verandering omdat ek 'n behoefte het na n nuwe uitdaging in my lewe

Typical day at work
A typical day at work is, is work in various team working on various processes and projects. my responsibilities is to provide my business with stats regarding out digital platforms and present the results. furthermore i should ensure all clients internal and external should be communicated of new improvements on our platform. i have good relationship with my co-workers as i do work with various teams within the business.

Fun working environment, no hand holding or Manager breathing down my neck.
I can work using the following computer packages MS Word, MS Project, Excel, PPO, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project Calendar, Graphs, Internet research, SAP, Oracle, Share Point, organize Citrix for all Project resources, organize remote access for all the project resources, on-board new resources, SPSS programming, Courier IT, and uploading the Company Newsletter on the intranet and manage video conferencing meeting rooms / Seminar rooms for the Project Team, arrange and facilitate project workshops and Steering Committee and the Board of Directors (stakeholders). I have experience working with Test Director and Clear Support: I supported testing by collating all the defects encountered and routing then to the relevant team, like Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Technical consultants, training users on new systems and apply change.

hard worker,always willing to help others
In my current job at sanlam i was always willing to help each other more especially when a customer request assistance i was willing to assistant,and i was also assistant my manager by writhing minutes for the meeting,i also learnt that in a working environment you should work hard and make sure customers are satisfyed and also make sure you return customer by giving them good customer service, i was always enjoying helping others and doing my job as usual, the are some customers who will always be rude and harsh that is the most challenging situation but i have dealth with them and satisfied their needs

Excellent learning curve
I am still fairly new to Sanlam and the Insurance Industry, so unable to compare companies within the Industry. Friendly environment. Would have liked for them to be more innovative with systems and processes.

Working at Sanlam
Wonderful experience working at sanlam. Flextime options and convenience with a mini mall for staff. Management can make it break this review as most things are allowed at managers discretion.

It's about my 1 year experience.
working at sanlam was the best experience of my life.I was a key account assistant intern, dealing with administration duties, assisting and learning about my work and that how I regained administration skills. it was a one year contract which started last year August and ended this year at August. I request for your chance to give to me so that I can prove how passionate I am with my work and I don't mind starting at any time.

Good learning curve
I come at work to draft quotes and communicate with brokers, I market Sanlam products to them and explain any uncertainties. I also have a good relationship with coworkers, I have a mentor that has been a great uplifter for me in the workplace. The most challenging thing about the job is the response from brokers or their frustration, it gets overwhelming because they sometimes don't speak well to me. More than anything I have learnt to not take anything personal or put in too much emotions on the kind of treatment I get from external people. I enjoyed the financial teaching, I am now able to determine what is good financially for me.

Excellent learning curve
Duties Load cases (risks or investments) Cold calling Retirement / Death Claimz Quotes for potential clients My co workers are understanding, helpful and great to work What I liked doing is claims, helping clients with their payouts and withdrawals. The most challenging aspects is called calling, and booking clients for advisors.

my responsibilities as Financial Adviser at Sanlam Life Insurance includes gathering the client's financial information and do a full financial needs analysis for the client then provide recommendations about financial planning of the client.
