as a personal assistant i have learnt so many things, like time management, arranging meeting,appointment and also to work as team especially when you have support from the co-workers most challenging was at first i didnt know anything about personal assistant i had to learn new things everyday since we have lot of clients.

Cares for employees
Working for Sanlam has been great, It is the one company that gave a chance to showcase and improve my skillset is the finance industry, I safely say it is where I launched my career in Employee Benefits administration and improved my client relations skill. Sanlam is a great organization which really takes care of its employees, this is translated in the employee benefit structure and their corporate values.

Excellent learning curve
Duties Load cases (risks or investments) Cold calling Retirement / Death Claimz Quotes for potential clients My co workers are understanding, helpful and great to work What I liked doing is claims, helping clients with their payouts and withdrawals. The most challenging aspects is called calling, and booking clients for advisors.
Pros: Great place for learning
Cons: It's mostly repetitive.

Working at Sanlam
Wonderful experience working at sanlam. Flextime options and convenience with a mini mall for staff. Management can make it break this review as most things are allowed at managers discretion.

It's about my 1 year experience.
working at sanlam was the best experience of my life.I was a key account assistant intern, dealing with administration duties, assisting and learning about my work and that how I regained administration skills. it was a one year contract which started last year August and ended this year at August. I request for your chance to give to me so that I can prove how passionate I am with my work and I don't mind starting at any time.

Very good to work at Sanlam...I enjoy helping people with their financial needs.the working ours are very nice ...I work well with my colleagues because we help each other a lot .the challenges they come where the clients are not paying their policies they make them to lapse as result the company glad back their commission that they gave us .

Excellent learning curve
My objectives are to achieve the best results in every tasks assigned to me, because that is a proof that I prioritise every duty directed to me. I would like to see myself growing within the company and being able to learn every single product and system within the organization and to achieve the highest standards in all my tasks. I would like to be one of the best performer's and to assist in every area in the organization and I'm in a process of furthering my studies to keep myself relevant and marketable.
