Salary and development structure is very dissapointing
I have grown a lot in my role and would like to take a step further and be in a company that will take more interest in developing me and a better salary package

I love working with people as they teach you a different experience
My typical work day, would be receiving Pension Queries, clients who are mainly lost and looking for a specific place, clients who are looking for a job, clients who are looking for donations, clients who have meeting in the building, clients who are here on Training for the day at our training facilities, clients who are coming for interviews ect……. The list goes on. I have a brilliant relationship with my co- workers as we work well as a team and we rely on each other to give a satisfactory service. I have learnt to be more patient while dealing with clients and also I have learnt to put my own personal worries aside once I’m in the office. I mostly enjoy spending time with my co-worker during lunch, as it is fun to be with them. Making sure the client is satisfied with our service because making the client understand on the procedures and Policies of how the company works can really be difficult sometimes, but for me that is the most challenging part.
Pros: You get perfomance bonus if you get high KPA points

I've learnt how to treat clients, I've learnt so many good things
my work duties: firstly i answer incoming calls, i load incoming applications for medical aid on our system,I do follow up on application by calling schemes. I have a good relationship with my colleagues we respect each other I've learnt how to respect clients and how to be like in a work place. I enjoy working in a big company like Sanlam,i also enjoy to worker under pressure and to work with a big number of people that helps me to learn so many different things. To deal with client's complaints that's the only challenge i get at the moment

Exellent learning curve
generating my own leads it was so difficult even finding sources,but coming to commission it was so fantastic even going out on the team buildings it was so motivating,working environment was so friendly and,i have learned how to get my own sources.

Brilliant at operation and administration
Administration, making appointments, follow up on outstanding requirements. Do cold calling to set appointments. Meet with clients. Excellent relationship with colleagues, very supportive. I have completed my financial planning 1 as well as completing my Regulatory exams 5. Gained a lot of knowledge in respect of financial planning, working with clients. I enjoyed meeting new clients and new working environment. The most challenging is working for commission and the claw back policy.

Great to learn and grow
You have lots of Freedom Set own targets Being accountable and responsible for daily task, no micromanagement, so you are your own boss great relationships with co workers, we have lots of socials.

Stable job
No scope for growth,unless you relocate,hardly any challenges.management style bias.no equity Challenges are usually a very difficult client which you need to win over. The office basically operates without.a manager. The environment is a bit challenging.

Salary
Well versed and experienced in cus-tomer services with a Matric qualifi-cation. I also have a Long Term insur-ance certificate NQF Level 4 from Sanlam and lastly an Advertising certificate NQF Level 4 from Imagi-nation Lab. I have been working for more than 7 years in fields of customer services and administration. I have worked as an Accounts Clerk, Call Centre Agent, Claims Assessor
