Excellent Organisation in the Area of Human Resources Management
Excellent para-statal organisation with best systems in HR. Employees find SARS to be a solid brand with strong corporate understanding. Its strengths lies with the ability to connect with its clients, stakeholders and government. Its mandate to collect what is due for the state in the form of taxes connects very well with its values and culture to strive for the higher purpose. Values of honesty, fairness, accountability, trust, commitment, striving for excellence and working with integrity create a work place environment to be as befitting to almost every employee of SARS.

Daily interaction with senior management on performance management and planning. I enjoy working with people and driving towards attaining goals set for achievement and sustainability of the organisation. I also enjoy seeking out gaps to establish new initiatives and project to ensure that we keep abreast with best practices. Research is also key in my role to ensure that we maintain standards and align policies and procedures to ensure continuity of business activities.
Pros: I get to form relationships that are valuable and keep me motivated at all times.

My only job i ever had The cuthe general employee is proud and committed and works reallt hard. These emloyees will wualify for issuble 14th cheque Targets sre high and feedback from executives denanding eithout support from them Direct managers are more supportive but dandwiched between top management snd team members lture is that of 2 families together

Excellent learning experience
A grear enviroment to work for, new experience each and everyday. Each and every time you go for training you get well trained with new knowledge at hand. Its a friendly environment ro work for where u feel at home, u are taken seriously at any cost should you have personal issues at home or family issues. They have at hand wellness to help those who can't talk about their personal issues everyday. Most challenging is filling season where there are certain individuals who will never wana adhered to rules of the company casusing Cayo tic experience.
