I have a great relationship with my team members, making it so easy to produce our team work and deliver projects. I have been working at sars for over 10 years and gained plenty experience. I'm currently seeking a new challenge and enviroment. I have alot to offer in terms of knowlege and back round from last company. I was acting operarions manager for 12 months. Im in process of my business management degree. Give me a chance and i'll make it worth it.

Definitly learn alot about the countries financial affairs
I am a very positive person and communicate well with my co-workers. I am also very submissive to authority. I enjoy working with the different department and learn a lot about their jobs, with the result of growing within the company. The one thing that i love is the challenging part if legal within the different types of taxes. Great working environment.

My 31 year experience at sars
Require a career change. No opportunities to progress further in a higher position. Limited training and support. Negative publicity regarding sars. Low staff morale. Good working relationship with co-workers. 7 to 4 Monday to Friday. Office location is not in a good or safe area. Office is in s basement with no natural light. Pension payout not guaranteed.

Good learning curve
I am a hardworking and result driven man, I have the ability to work well both individual and in a team, which has taught me patients, friendship, open- minded with problem solving strategies. I enjoy learning new things everyday which sharpens my skills.

Excellent learning curve
Company is culture is divers which is great as on improves their interpersonal skills. Best thing about a government agency is you can learn different skills in different departments as long as you follow due process. I have moved from Compliance, Audit, Assessment, Customer Service and Education.

Great foundation
It was always good to work for SARS assisting taxpayers(customers ) on a day to day basis. Some are good to go and sometimes we come across difficult taxpayers where I had to explain certain things for them to understand. We were a one big family where one can always go to the next person for assistance and where one makes a mistake and the other colleagues step in to help or take accountability.i enjoyed working with people and resolving their issues because I love happy endings though sometimes it wouldn’t go my way. I’ve also learned that we need tax to make our country move
