I started as general worker then promoted to Service department supervisor then Trainee manager and to Service department manager within 2years. They give enough time to prepare yourself if there's transfer.
Pros: Good in store trainings
Cons: Bad culture of shouting and insulation buy regionals

Customer service
*What i liked working in my company is finding solutions of the Customer on behalf of the choice of proucts that he or she does not understand. *treating the Customer with good pride in the workplace. *being friendly and polite to the customer in all time despite and liiving out my personal matter at home *to make sure that my that my prouct or stock in my department has not expired ,if so remove the stock an replace it with a new date. *building a relationship with my collegues in the workplace and working as a team *accept the matter of the customer about the particular product that she might not guarantee where ever assisting him or her with the right choice of product. *in every time keeping the company clean and hygienic everyday . *layout complaines about shrikage or stock loss *record sales which we come across especially in the busy days and specific date.

Good excellent costumer service
I am a hard working person who takes responsibilities for the duties and task given to me. I take my job more serious cause it is what makes me a better person in general.i like working with people who are passionate with what they are doing for living cause that's the only thing that motivates them to grow in the business.

The opportunity the company afforded me to learn the new SAP system was huge for me.
With the few years I been in this company I have grown and developed into a a special individual. My work rate has impressed my bosses so much as well as my fellow employees they respect me and I respect them too. Even customers who come to purchase in our store have said a lot of great things about my work and the services I been giving them.

Great experiment
We work 3 days a week so we have to work harder so that we should be done in time We help each other and also relieve those who has a problem that time Everywhere you g you meet new things so adjust to the environment My work It's when I have to drive the forklift with heavy stuff while I don't have a licence.

Learning curves
I'm an employee at one of the Shoprite branches, the largest retail company in the country, I work 35 hours a week. It is a entry level job, I also work during holidays depending on my schedule. I do enjoy working their and I have learned a lot during my 2 year experience their. I know understand how retail stores operate and they manage fast moving consumer goods. The difficulties of working at shoprite, is that it get too busy during a specific days, mainly at the end of the month. Not all days are the same.

Excellent
i work 8 hours for 5 day with quers of more than 500 customer per line my relationship with my co workers iys the best we respect each ather i have more than 10 cashiers that i have traibed and gaude the always recommed me to train new cashiers and the do well evety time.i have learnt to be pantient and be very carful the challengis will be not going home on time and not visting our famalies aften that the hard part

Listening attentively, good communication, good customer service, patient and trustworthy.
I was collecting float at cash office, balance cash everyday and ensure that customers are always happy, scan each and every iterm of the customer. Always looking presentable and professional with the friendly smile. I'm a easy person to get along with others, I always laugh and want advise to my co-workers workers and had a good relationship. I have learned about different customers with different attitude and how to handle them. I enjoyed counting money and scanning items because I was faster on doing that. What was challenging about the job was that I must make sure that they customer pays for his or her items and remind them if they forgot if not the management would say that I'm making a bad deal with the client.
Pros: I have now a good communication with everyone I meet and respect them and their opinions. working most of the time independent with the assistance of the supervisor
Cons: Most of the time work more 8-11 hours a day.
